Being on limited income I thought a good used laptop would suffice. Andrew has a good spiel over the phone and said they have nothing but '2 years old, high end business laptops' that they sell for much less than original price. OMG! He lied about everything and I discovered *******@key didn't even work and it went down from there. Now after repeated calls and leaving message and emails, no return calls or response to emails. They have my $500 and they don't care. I need my $500 to go buy a truly new and functional laptop. Their address is 8039B Alexandria Pike Alexandria Ky. *******. Norbert & Peggy Burkhardt are the owners and their son Andrew does the sales. They have zero business ethics and do not back up any sales at all. Avoid this place like the plague!
