I've used ComGateway a few times this past year, they've been spot on with everything, from notifications when a package arrives, to great customer service and responsiveness when I've had general enquiries.
ComGateway use FedEx, and each parcel has arrived quickly and in good condition. I cannot fault ComGateway, they are really good.

Their process is easy to understand and they have lots of discounts for new users—discounts that will convince you to try their service all over again. My package arrived safely and well-packaged. I needed help from comGateway to have a package returned to the Supplier. I was 12,000 miles away so all correspondence was done on email and between normal hours. Time was running out to get the package returned in order to get a full refund. The help and support I got from Lores was incredible. Been with comGateway for the last 5~6 years mainly to ship things I can afford to lose(I had an incident where an item was missing once... contacted customer support and was refunded the value without any hassle). This time I shipped a $3,600 worth package and received it in perfect condition. I've used Comgateway since when I was a student in College. I used to import make-up and bags from the US. Now I'm a mother and I'm still using them to get clothes for my child. I'd say Comgateway really has made shopping from the US a breeze. They have world class service from shipping to customer service!

I tried to purchase shoes online because it has a discount and way cheaper than buying in local stores here, but they don't process payment if your credit card is not from the US. I was quite excited about it since our tournament is already near. Then I found out about the "buy for me" service. Thanks to comGateway, I was able to buy my shoes! :)

I have been using Comgateway for 10 years ever since I moved from Texas to New Zealand. They are the most wonderful company in the world. There is no problem they cannot solve and their customer service and live chat room are wonderful.

They will also help you with Customs and DHL. I am having a problem now where DHL says I sent 12 packages and that they contain cigarettes and cigars. First I don't smoke and second both Comgateway and my invoices say I have 8 packages and there are no cigarettes or cigars listed. I just simply wrote Comgateway today and I know they will follow up on my problem and solve it as they always have.

My next example is the most EXCITING of all. I have been with them 10 years and did not know they could do this. I ordered a $300 dollar Pokémon card from Tokyo and the seller did not put my whole address on the package. I called Tokyo DHL and they could not help me although they tried to call the seller who did not answer and I wrote him several E-mails which went unanswered. I was beside myself. I should have just called Comgateway who solved the problem in 2 seconds. If you have the tracking number you just put it in the little box in the upper right hand corner and they will put your package in your area when it arrives. I couldn't believe it!

Like I have said in the 10 years I have been with Comgateway there is nothing they have not been able to solve and their customer service and live chat are amazing. I feel like Comgateway is part of my family and I am thankful for all they have done for me.

I've used the BuyForMe service of comGateway wherein they will buy a watch on behalf of me (since the US merchant doesn't accept an international credit card) and I was amazed thats even possible! I got my Fossil and Casio watches now. Very FAST shipping from US to Philippines. Got my package in 3 days! Im really happy as well that they have a $15 discount for first time shipper. Starting in early 2018 i have had a very smooth business relationship with ComGate. This would involve around twenty shipments from West Coast USA to SydneyAustralia.
Any problem... contact ComGate... solved either then and there, on line, or next day MAX. By email. There has been a few hiccups,,,, sorted within 24 hours.
Not the cheapest... but you do get what you pay for...

When I found out that the item that I like was on a big sale, I used Comgateway to purchase it from the US, which I'm hesitant to do with a global pandemic (COVID-19) happening around.

With a series of lockdowns around the world, I expected that my package's time of delivery will be affected big time, but it only took a day of delay which is reasonable. The company is very much helpful for keeping me on track, sending me emails and updates which made me comfortable that my package will come.

I sometimes browse US websites hoping to buy merchandise that aren't available in the Philippines. I would get discouraged by the international shipping fees, and some merchants don't even ship internationally at all.
