Very nice and friendly lady who helped me (Sally). Explained ordering and return process. Shipped same day I ordered the column for a 1986 C10. (Took UPS a week to deliver). Part was just what was described and what I ordered. It was 1/3 the cost of other rebuilt and after market suppliers. Works great. Sent an email confirming they received core column back. Hope I don't have to but would not hesitate to order from them again.

I have a 1970 Ford f100 with standard steering and 3 speed transmission. I could not get the parts to fix it or get a new steering column. All the parts places sell a automatic or floor shift column for that year. Column Galore could not get new shift tube but fixed the old one. Installed column and it works like it did when it was new. So, my husband has pushed aside working on his dad's 1974 truck until all 5 children have moved out. Well, we just had one move back in with 2 in tow. But... we pressed on with this project. Seriously y'all. Every call he made he was so impressed. They were so personable. You have to know that this truck means the world to him. He lost his dad at 18... all he has left is this truck. He trusts NO ONE with it! A family friend recommended Columns Galore and he we super nervous. He cried happy tears when it came it. Simple process. Wonderful people. Made all the difference.

This has been a fantastic experience. From my first call to Sally to my conversations with Rick I always felt I was working with someone I've know for a long time. Super friendly staff and owner. I just happen to be local so I brought my column in myself. So once dropped off it was completely redone in one week. Could not be happier with the results either. My second gen camaro column was in very poor shape. Returned to me looking great and ever piece very professionally rebuilt and put together correctly. Thanx again Rick!

My 1981 CJ7 Tilt Column came totally unhinged and rendered the Jeep undriveable. After several online searches viewing a lot of non-standard columns that require quite a bit of modification to install I found Columns Galore and gave Sally a call. She was extremely helpful and guided me through the process of ordering a new column and returning the core, making sure there were no misunderstandings.

The new column soon arrived and it looks like an absolutely new column as advertised. I had a small issue in that the column was 1" shorter than my old one. This happened because unknown to me the previous owner had converted the Jeep from a column shift to a floor shift. A simple modification to the mounting bracket solved that problem and all is good.

Really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the product. Not to mention that the price is about half of the other columns I found.

I've included a picture of my broken column and the rebuild column installed.

I was already 3 months into looking for a new original column for my 81 impala. And they made it happen. And they painted it for me! Man I love yall! I was just about to give up on it! Thank you! Yall are the bestt!

I ordered a steering column from this company about 4 or 5 years ago. And I had no problems with them and or the steering column. Its 12/28/16 and the column still works great. Just like factory. Got installed with no issues or problems. And sent the core back to them. Were easy to deal with. They shipped the product in a timely matter also.

Great experience! I couldn't find the column for my 92 F250 anywhere; Steering Columns Galore had it in stock. They shipped it the same day. The column looked like new. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to all!

I really appreciate the positive support and attitude of the staff of Columnsgalore. I am a retired Naval Aviation Mechanic and have done all my auto maintenance for years, except in a few instances of smogging cars. I had installed a rebuilt steering column in my full size E-150 Ford Van about six months ago and everything worked great. Then one night recently I had some problems with the van not wanting to start and not wanting to come out of park.
The next business day morning I call Rick about my situation. We went over the trouble-shooting procedures, and immediately he said I'm sending you another steering column no cost, some components in columns have different histories of performance. I received the replacement column in a few days, even a day before schedule. I replaced the column and the ole van drives like new. I shipped back the replaced column at no cost to me. Had a column rebuilt by owners which were father and son. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a so called company extremely rude and careless wouldn't go back even if it was free.

This business is awesome. They get it as far as customer service goes. Took the phone call in the afternoon and specifics to what I needed. Shipped out that day and received the next day. All instructions and return authorization label included. Core returned in the same heavily padded box it came in. Column was installed and worked as expected. Great vendor.
