For the Holiday's I bought myself the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Collection and I was extremely happy. I honestly don't buy collections with how much they cost, but this was my favorite movie. I love ColourPop cosmetics because of how often they created popular themed colors and packaging for any style. This brand not only makes creative/beautiful colors, has fast shipping, beautiful packaging, but they also make very high-quality products. I want to get so many of their products (Not only just their Pallets). I will definitely recommend buying this brand and I cannot wait to buy more.

I placed an order mid December & it stated 5-7 business days for delivery so i expected it in time for Christmas (Dec 22). Now I got notice (Dec 20th) it will be another 7 days before they SHIP it which is way past Christmas & that's what the order was for. They hadn't even shipped my order yet?! I said if it had not yet been shipped out by today then just cancel my order so now I have no gift. Obviously they are unreliable so I wouldn't order if needed by a specific date. There's much better quality makeup out there that DOESN'T disregard their customers. Glamlite, fenty, Jeffree Star…… all great quality & good customer service! Avoid colourpop! Never ordering from them again!

I ordered a $70 item and they sent me the entirely wrong product. Looking at reviews here and from the BBB, shipping the wrong product seems to be a recurring problem for ColourPop. I contacted their customer service and asked to return the incorrect product and get a refund, because I didn't want to wait their rather long shipping time to finally get the product I actually ordered. The reply I got didn't even acknowledge my request to return the item for a refund and instead just said they'd ship me out the correct item.

Tip for consumers:
They don’t accept any returns for any reason, even if they send you the wrong item.

Products used:
Sent me Lippiesticks stash when I had ordered the pencils stash. So I was sent the wrong product. The lipsticks are so-so. They don’t last long and are drying.

Absolute garbage product. Non-existent Customer Service and the slowest shipping I've ever seen for a large scale cosmetic manufacturer. The only decent products they sell are lip glosses, lip oils and lip tints. Even then, their lip products are barely drug store quality. It's an overhyped brand that does not live up to its name. Not sure what the hive mind behind this brand is on about, but it's very misleading. CP must just pay for a lot of advertising.

Their customer service is not that great and long shipping times. I made an order and they forgot one of my products. So when I message them back they said they would give me a credit for it the purchase value of it and could not send me the product they missed. So for me who lives in Canada to order it I would have to go back to paying full price (Because I used a discount code) and pay for shipping.

Fantastic makeup, but they just don't GAF about you. They offer nothing more than cut-and-paste bs responses when you contact them. They stopped shipping for Covid-19 about a week after I placed a large order for my birthday, and it hadn't shipped yet. That crushed me, but of course, I understood. I got a mass email saying my order would be a priority when shipping resumed. When shipping resumed, I got another mass email, but WEEKS went by, and my order still hadn't shipped. I sent several emails and got no sense that they cared in any way. The products arrived over two months after the order was placed.
I took a chance and ordered again on June 11th. Shipping notification two hours later. I was thrilled. But, guess what? No updates since, and everyone I know who ordered the exact same new release palettes had it in their hands a week ago. My package doesn't appear to have left the warehouse, according to the tracking.
I can't believe a business can behave with this little regard to their customers. There's enough great makeup out there that I'll be taking my money somewhere that values my business. I will always recommend others do the same.
Shame on you, colourpop.

Long story short, they don't actually read the messages they get, and they will tell you the same thing over and over again unless you ask a direct question.
I tried to order a lip mask from one of their limited collaboration collections. It never showed up, and DHL wouldn't help me. Delivery was supposed to be on a Saturday. When I tried to tell Colour Pop that it had been 3 days since my order was supposed to be delivered and that I had checked with DHL, my neighbors, apartment office etc, they didn't even read my message and told me to do the things I had already done. After two rounds of messages and me becoming very angry with them for not listening, did they actually give me a timeline to wait to contact them again(after I had asked for one) for failed delivery. Fine. I waited the 5 business days as they told me, and they reshipped my order. With the reshipment, they didn't even enter my full address! So by the time it got to USPS in my area they had to return to sender. I messaged Colour Pop again and they didn't acknowledge my request for a refund, offered a coupon. I said that wouldn't work and I wanted a refund. They told me they couldn't reship the item again the the refund would be a "one time courtesy". I didn't even ask for a reshipment. I have never felt so ignored from a company before. They don't listen, and they definitely didn't care that I was upset with them at all. I will definitely never be ordering from them again.

My review isn't based on products its solely based on they're shipping process. I ordered $30 worth of stuff a week ago thinking I would get some type of tracking number. I was wrong! I haven't gotten anything I emailed and asked the company what the process was. I was sent a generic email that looks automated based on the type of question a customer ask. I feel like they should change the process so the company doesn't lose future companies. It seems my like most of the reviews are repetitive and everyone is complaining about the same thing.

I have ordered from ColourPop on 3 separate occasions. The first 2 times I received my order in the expected amount of time. For those 2 orders, I would give them a 5-star. My experience with my 3rd order has been so annoying that it has brought them down to 2 stars. I value companies that handle customer issues/complaints in a reasonable manner. ColourPop's refund/return non-policy has shown that me they are not that. Because of this I would not consider buying from them unless it is in a physical store where I can have the product in hand.

ColourPop has a policy where "due to the low cost nature of our products we have a no return, refund, or exchange policy." This is applicable even if you NEVER received your purchases.

For my most recent order, I saw that my package was last scanned 2 towns over (15 min drive) but for 3 days it was being updated with the same message as being on its way to my location. I reached out to ColourPop about that and they told me that since it was updated the day before, there wasn't anything they can do and to be just patient. They also suggested that I should reach out to USPS myself if I wanted to track my package.

I waited a few more days and reached out to ColourPop again. They told me they looked into it and were having similar issues with orders that were shipped on that date and to be patient. I asked how much longer should I expect to wait and they told me that if I saw no updates by the 14th (today), that I should reach out to them and they will look into it.

Today comes and still no package nor updates from USPS. I reach out to ColourPop AGAIN and they told that I should call USPS or visit the local office to file a missing package claim. I told them that I would rather just get a refund because frankly, I don't have the time to chase down a package and I think the company should take a more pro-active stance on locating the package. That is when they notified me of their non-policy policy and that the only way they will ship a replacement package is if I file a claim with USPS. I go to file a claim and USPS tells me that my package was not eligible to file a claim. **sigh... face palm**

I contact ColourPop again and they told me that as a "one-time" courtesy, they will ship me a replacement package.

Here are where my issues lie:

(1) If a consumer has missing package, the company should be more involved in the process of locating the package. Telling me to go to my local post office on a wild goose chase is not helpful. You have an invested interest in me getting my package. If I have to go spend 30/45/60 minutes in the post office or on the phone with them just to locate a package, I might as well go to a store and buy the make up because that would take less time.

(2) If my package is lost, it should NOT be a one-time courtesy to send me a replacement. That should be the standard procedure. I can understand if I got my package and wanted to return it but that is not the case. I should not have to run around to get you to acknowledge that my package is lost. Also, if at any point my package gets lost in the mail, it's ColourPop's duty to send me a replacement or provide refund (of which they don't). That one-time courtesy bit is nonsense. So that means that if I ordered from them again and my package gets lost, that I pretty much out of luck. That policy is so incredibly questionable!

This whole experience has put a damper on my impression of this company. If I do not get my replacement package in a timely manner, I do intend on disputing this charge directly with my credit card company.

I tried to order one brow pencil twice and both transactions got cancelled, but still charged my card. So I tried to order some random My Little Pony pallet with the pencil and it charged me and got cancelled again. Both cancellation emails I got said it would take 7-12 business days for the money to be refunded back on my card and its been almost 3 weeks now and Ive called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed and all the replies say the same thing it will take 7-12 business days and every time Ive called no one answers! Its Tuesday, 2 more days until Thanksgiving and 3 more days until Black Friday. I NEED MY MONEY FOR BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!

I ordered 5 highlighter from colourpop and with the first package, it wasnt even mine, i was sent someone elses package. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly apologizing and sending me out my actual package. When i received MY package, 4 out of 5 of the highligthers were damaged, like, beyond what "rough shipping" could do. They were insanely cracked and shrunken and dry. I emailed them again and once again they got back to me saying they were sorry and would fix the issue. The other day i received the replacment, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND THE RIGHT ONES. I have emailed them again asking for them to fix this issue and have not yet received a reply, its only been a few days. The only reason this review isnt 1 star is because, considering the fact their based in america and i live in australia, the respones and packages have been shipped very quickly, and because of the messups, instead of the 5 highlighters i ordered, i have 8 highlighters and 2 more on the way hopefully, 3 lipsticks, an eyeshadow and an eyebrow pencil xD

NOT giving one star, because when you get your items, its good makeup.
BUT, when you have to contact customer service, that's where the problem starts.
My first complaint was one of the colors being really bad. They asked for picture, I send them picture. They wanted swipe pictures, I send them swipe pictures. And AGAIN they want pictures. I gave up.

Another time it was problem with a shipping code. Ended up talking to an Idiot who didn't read all that I wrote.

Me: "The shipping code adds 30$ to my bill instead of taking away the shipping fee. Tried another code after but it too added 30$"
Him: "You Can't add another code."... Bloody moron!

Great company that used to have really good products. But in the last couple years their customer service has been awful, they don't respond to people and you're lucky if you can get a response from them and their email team. I've seen lots of comments on Instagram talking about how people have not gotten their orders after spending hundreds of dollars and waiting months. On Instagram I responded to a girls comment telling her the exact same thing and my comment got deleted and later I got a DM from colour pop after I had told others that they're service was $#*!. They also deleted my comment so others couldn't read. Sad because I used to really like this company but it's gone to $#*!

I placed an order on July 8th, it did't ship until the 16th and now the tracking says it is STILL "pending acceptance" in California. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't even get the free shipping, I had a small order and paid the standard $5 for shipping. When I emailed customer service to ask when my order would actually ship I got this bs generic response of "we're processing your order as fast as possible" blah blah blah.

I love their lipsticks but this will be the last order I ever place with this company.

I looked over the pictures online and the colors are so hard to see anyways I bought a darker color and emailed them for a exchanged but the policy I just notice says no refunds or returns. I have a lot of there products no problems but I think they should have a exchanged policy and have the customer pay for the return. I won't buy from them again.

As much as I love colourpop products their shipping really is bad. Its not the holiday anymore and that cannot be the excuse.

When you buy their products, order at least two weeks ahead. Youll be disappointed otherwise! I think they really use the 5 day max limit to ship items. But they quickly took out my money right. Im definitely avoiding their site for a while.

Really love like 90% of their products but I contacted blepharitis after using a pair of lashes I had purchased. It was the only new thing in my makeup routine. Could it have been a me problem? There's always that possibility I guess but either way I have an incurable eye infection now and my review did not show up on the website. DO NOT BUY THE LASHES GUYS lol

Don’t get those lashes dude. They’re pretty but now I also have an incurable eye infection

I ordered on July 2nd. I wanted to get my mom a birthday present and her birthday was July 13th. Figured that I would be there on at least the 9th or 10th considering that's more than 10 days for it to have been delivered. It is now July 15th, my expected delivery day, which is 13 days after I ordered might I add. And the package has been sitting in my states capital facility since July 10th. The capital is only an hour and a half drive from where I live so why does it take 5 days for them to put it on the truck and ship it out? Will not be ordering from here again cause this is ridiculous and I'm very mad I didn't get to give my mom her present on her birthday.

I used to be a hard core colourpop fan and I still love a lot of their products. But I purchased a palette that crumbled and contacted them and they did nothing about it. Then I checked the reviews and it seemed I wasn't the only one with the same problem. Only I noticed that the only reviews thst were published were reviews that spoke highly of the product with 4-5 stars and listed the crumble problem as a minor issue. My review on the other hand was not posted. And so I checked the reviews for other products and realized that they literally only post reviews that talk well about their products and/or reviews thst complain about something other than their quality (ex: didn't match my skin tone). They can't be trusted. It's really disappointing.

Horrible service, I bought over 60 dollars worth of makeup, and was missing 6! Of my lipsticks, after emailing them I received the reply after 6 days and the only solution being a discount code, which I was not allowed to use during promos and on top of that I had to pay international shipping out of my own pocket. I had also payed for 6 lipsticks during the promo and I was only allowed 4 lipsticks with the refund.

I made a purchase on the ColourPop website on June 23rd and after a few days I got the information that the order had already left the country. On the 19th of July, through the website, I was informed that the order was already in Portugal, so I waited for it to be delivered to me or for the carrier (DHL) to contact me.
Since that didn't happen and 2 months had passed, I decided to get in touch with ColourPop. However, ColourPop informed me that I should contact DHL, which I did. After exchanging emails, I found out that not only had the order been returned (on July 19, which is, more than 2 months ago), but I would not get any return from Colourpop as their return policy does not allowed them to. So I not only lost my money but also my time.
I was really disappointed because it was a brand from which I had already shopped and I had never had any problems before, apart from the fact that they take some time, however I never saw it as an obstacle. Now, in addition to losing me as a customer, I will also ensure that everyone I know does not make purchases through their website, otherwise they will run out of your products and money.

Ordered their Hocus Pocus Collection for 2021 on 9/24/21. All but the candle shipped by 9/30/21 which we were told would ship separately & we'd get a shipping confirmation. Ok, I wait a few days and email them. I got the shpeel about "it's shipping separately". Ugh. Wait another few days, email again asking for a shipping estimate or a refund for that portion of my order. Same shpeel "shipping separately". This time they through in covid mandates as the reason for not being able to give a shipping update. Except you already shipped everything else! Wth? I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If you look thru their IG page on the hocus pocus posts you'll see that they've had shipping issues with the collection according to posts from other users and reports of terrible customer service. If you want a colourpop item I would suggest checking to see if it is available at Ulta before trying to ordering from colourpop directly.

Tip for consumers:
Order from Ulta, do not order from colourpop directly. At least Ulta will work with their customers to get refunds or redeliveries.

I received my package about 4 hours ago. I ordered the matte lipstick box with all of the colors of the week in it. I tried them on and they were cute I was very excited, my husband wanted to see me in the black color which was the Friday lip colour. We went out to lunch and I had a pepsi and when I took that first sip my lips were on fire. I had to go to the restroom and try to scrub it off the best I could but I couldn't get it all off because it is super matte. When I got home an hour ago I finally managed to get it all of but now my lips are still burning even when I lick them. I think the chemicals that they use in this lipstick is to strong, I wish it wasn't because the lipstick is gorgeous.

Only sent half my order. Took several emails and messages to get the 2nd half. Then they send me the wrong color. I have sent many emails and no response. Rip off!
