So I just received my palette in the mail this morning and I ordered it 2 days ago, so the service was very quick. After reading the reviews, I was expecting at least a few of the shadows to be broken, but I opened the package and all the shadows were in tact! That was the first great thing. I was also expecting the shadows to be dull when applied to skin, but I tested a few of the brighter shadows and they showed up perfectly without having to apply layers and layers! Keep in mind that I have very fair skin too. The shadow went on smoothly and cleanly and looked beautiful. I highly recommend this website!
When I received items (which took several weeks) they were of very poor quality. I returned them undamaged in original packaging. Nine months later I am still dealing with these folks trying to get a refund. They repeatedly asked the same questions and requested the same information. This company is nothing more than a scam operation. Avoid them at all costs.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. I have been in contact with this company since Nov and they still have done nothing to fix this issue. I have reported them to the China consumers Affairs.

Beside the good price and good quality, I should say it has the best color ever. Picture shows all the light color, but i got all the hot colors, all metalic shades, kinda sexy tan shades, not so many pinks and yellows, it was mostly medium dark tan colors. I will buy more.
