I have experienced the way business should be done by all companies! Unique ways of capturing memories, A user friendly website, I received exactly what I ordered, affordable, excellent customer service! I have only used Collage for three orders and on the third there was a mistake made and not caught until after it was shipped they helped me make it right and then some! I am a customer for life, and would recommend their services to anyone! Please don't ever change!
I will never purchase from here again. This photo means so much to me. I can't believe they would even send me a blanket that looks nothing like the picture. My brother's eyes are blacks out. U can barely see our faces. The quality is poor and the blanket is not clear at all. My brother was murdered by a stranger. Police say wrong place wrong time. This collage meant everything to me. I waited anxiously for it. Only to be hurt and disappointed.
Unhappy with my long-time resource for creating greeting cards from my bird photos; I tried Collage for a few images. Though the site offers many options in designs and colors, their customer service agents are very limited in design assistance. When I ran into problems multiple times in creating a border around an image on the front of the card; customer service was of little help. I doubt I will use this site again to create cards. But I did order a poster collage of several of my bird images and I am pleased with the results. The collage was easy to create and no doubt as their name implies, collages, not cards, are their forte.

I had some issues with a puzzle ordered from here where it did not match the description. When I emailed them about it they were really good about replacing the puzzle and yet the puzzle still did not match the description and this happened three times. All three times the puzzle was not what it should have been and several of the pieces were not cut clear through. The customer service people were very nice and friendly and tried to help out as much as they could, but I would never get another puzzle from here.
I ordered four of the same 8.5x11.5 hardback photo book. If I had paid full price I would be very upset. At 60% off, I'm just a little upset and mostly disappointed. There are little white sticky things all over the covers of two of them and on some of the pages of all of them. There are grey scuffs on the back cover of all of them. The binding of all of them feels flimsy, looks cheap, and looks significantly different on two of them. Like they were bound on a different setting of the same machine. I accidentally scratched one of the pages and some of the color of the picture scraped off! Some of the pages of two of the books have rough edges, like they were cut with a dull blade. The edges of these pages were stuck together. The pictures look mostly fine, except they're noticably poorer quality in one of the books. The editing process was pretty simple and intuitive and my only complaint about that is that I wish we could more accurately see how the pictures will look once printed. There are a few that were not high enough resolution to be blown up as much as they were. Obviously, the poor resolution is my fault, I just wish there was a way to see that before printing so I could make those pictures smaller. Shipping and customer service were great. I won't ask for new books unless they offer, but I will not be ordering photo books from this company again. Sidenote, Blurb is my favorite.

I had purchased so many of your offers for the holidays! I am so upset! I feel betrayed that you couldn't have given your loyal customers more notice. I had 2 almost finished for their birthdays, got Covid and was too sick to finish until now. I am so disappointed in this Company right now! Please help your customers finish their projects!
I live in Canada and used to buy products off this site every year especially around Christmas time. But this year when I customized some gifts and tried to order they don't ship products (that I have bought before) internationally anymore. It has happened more then once and it's a real shame that they lost me as a customer and it sucks
I have ordered many items in the past and have been very happy, but not with this order. I ordered 3 calendars and the first issue was this: because nowhere on the package was it marked " DO NOT BEND", the mailman folded the package in half and shoved it into the mailbox, creasing all 3 calendars. If your items are being sent by USPS in a soft package like an envelope, it really should be marked DO NOT BEND. Also disappointing was the fact that I placed all family birthday dates on the calendars and they came with no dates at all. Not happy with that.
I just received the 3 pillows I ordered earlier this month (I knew they would not be here before Christmas and that was NOT an issue). I am not impressed with all of the loose threads that are hanging off of each pillow. They are also covered in lint, stuffing and loose threads. They were just thrown in a cardboard box. The overall quality of the pictures on the pillow look great, the final product was not as good. I have emailed customer support to let them know, so we will see what their response is. (I also sent them pics)
I uploaded my pictures for a calendar. I wanted to order ten. I spoke to service dept. and was told to order ten discount vouchers to get $4.99 calendar. I paid the 49.90 and then received the ten vouchers. I went to order the calendars but had to do it one at a time to use the voucher for each. The shipping was $5.99 per calendar for $59.90 total. I called Collage and was told that was right. No difference when getting more than one to same address. I will say representative Erica was pleasant and I was issued a refund through PayPal.
I received my 1040 piece puzzle today. I had no issues working on the layout and actually found it to be fun. Production and shipping were fast. I called customer service to clarify something on shipping and they were very helpful. I'm satisfied with the cardboard box and I like the shiny puzzle pieces. The first negative came as soon as I opened the package and saw the picture of the puzzle on the outside of the box. It is very crooked. The back side of the edge of each puzzle piece is bumpy. Some of the pictures look a bit blurry even though none had "blur warnings". I won't be able to tell 100% until the puzzle is put together if they are acceptable. One of the pieces I took a picture of is nice and clear with bright colors, however, I didn't realize the edges of the puzzle look messy until I uploaded my picture. I'm hoping it isn't noticeable when the puzzle is put together. I think it's a cool and unique idea and my mother will love it for her 80th birthday. I just think there needs to be better quality control. Photos are attached. The one with the cover has a white block covering my photos for privacy. The picture is to show the crooked label.

If you are getting blurry photo warnings or don't care for the order, size or shape of your pictures, just keep hitting shuffle until you find a layout you like with no blur warnings. You can click through quickly.
Had major problems with their website for 2.5 days, losing over 8 hours worth of work, time editing, cropping, etc... I will wait until they fix all the glitches before using this site again. However, after my third phone call to collage.com, C. S. Rep Michelle Mattock was absolutely wonderful, completely understanding the issues and being generous in compensating for my lost time over two days working on two projects. So because of her and only her, will I give collage.com another chance. Website gets a1 star, but Michelle gets a 5 star! Thank you Michelle!

I wasn't all that happy with my collage when I received it! It had a lot of red in the faces. I received a review email and stated my dissatisfaction. I immediately received a response email and a solution to the issue! Although I feel the original collage should have had the same quality as the second one, I will order again in the future.

The collage itself turned out nice, but the coupon code didn't work at first and after several days of no response to the email I just kept trying it. Lucky for me I did. It was weeks before they responded. Also, the size is not what is advertised. My 50 x 60 blanket is actually 46 x 53 ( approximately) and when I contacted customer support they said it varies slightly, and gave me a coupon for another product. This isn't slightly to me.
Ordered a collage poster (after the holidays, so there should have been no crush of orders). Never arrived. Called their number and a message said to send email. Emailed several times and no response. Tracking number which was supposed to be for UPS was wrong, and the post office had not record of it. Total waste. I think they're going out of business or something.
5/2016 - My original review was well over a year ago. I believe they have corrected whatever their problems were. I tried ordering from them again recently and had no difficulty at all.

I received the blanket/throw in the mail - it came very quickly. The only complaint I have is the quality of the blanket - it is more like a felt material rather than fleece and I wish I had have checked the sizing on the groupon because 30x40 is definitely way to small to call a throw (that was my mistake for not checking the size). The pictures come out extremely well but the cost of that is the quality of the blanket. A little disappointed in outcome. Website is very quick and easy to use as a positive note.

The "fleece" blanket is not soft and is super thin. The pictures look good but I can't even stand to have the "fleece" touching my skin. The site needs to make it clear that the "fleece" is 100% polyester, thin, and not as soft as I was told in the chat. Paper thin blanket. Will be better for a wall hanging than a blanket.

That being said, I will never buy another groupon from this company. I was not happy with the lack of layout options. You cannot "design" the page the way you want it, you cannot place the pictures in a way that you want them. There isn't much background selection or embellishments to go with a theme you want to carry through in your book. It just seems like there isn't much creativity to their books. Just drag the photos onto a page, write a sentence or two and you're done.
I was very pleased with the customer service. When I needed help, I was able to chat online and my question was answered right away.
Still going to stick with Shutterfly or Picaboo for future photo books.

I ordered a 60x80 plush fleece photo blanket, it turned out alright and I'm satisfied with it, but I wouldn't recommend them or order anything again. The blanket is a lot thinner than I was anticipating given that I had chosen the one that was supposed to be thicker and softer, and a number of pictures are blurry, even after I voiced my concerns about that and was told as long as there was no warning given on them they would turn out perfect, when in reality they are not clear at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the blanket though. I just don't think the blanket was worth the price, it seems very cheaply made. Ideally I'd give it 2 and half stars.
