I have experienced the way business should be done by all companies! Unique ways of capturing memories, A user friendly website, I received exactly what I ordered, affordable, excellent customer service! I have only used Collage for three orders and on the third there was a mistake made and not caught until after it was shipped they helped me make it right and then some! I am a customer for life, and would recommend their services to anyone! Please don't ever change!
I will never purchase from here again. This photo means so much to me. I can't believe they would even send me a blanket that looks nothing like the picture. My brother's eyes are blacks out. U can barely see our faces. The quality is poor and the blanket is not clear at all. My brother was murdered by a stranger. Police say wrong place wrong time. This collage meant everything to me. I waited anxiously for it. Only to be hurt and disappointed.
My order was a family portrait book, 12" x 12" 20 pages, hard cover, 5 copies. The book quality was great. My gripe is the shipping charge is a rip off. The 5 copies as packaged weighed 7#, and USPS media rate for this package is $6. Collage.com's shipping charge was $55. Yes I knew the rate when I placed the order, but with my investment of time in laying the book out I decided to bite the bullet and proceed. But I will never order from Collage.com again.

I purchased the iPhone 11 pro custom phone case from them a few weeks before Christmas for my wife. It came quickly and was not damaged. However, the image on the case was total garbage. It was WAY darker than the original, blown out and pixelated. The website does not support uploading a large uncompressed raw file which does not help with their terrible print job. It really feels like they printed the case using an at home printer.
Stay clear, just use shutterfly.com.
Ordered several afghans and was generally pleased. However, last one was a mess. Blurry pics. Didn't look like pic online. Then I noticed pricing. $65 item - $25 in shipping, taxes & unexplained "fees." My last purchase w/this company. They offer big discounts then get you on shipping & "fees" - BEWARE!
Excellent customer service. Took THREE WEEKS to show up. That's WAY TOO SLOW even for Standard service. And my puzzle showed up with very high resolution but SUPER HIGH GLOSS! I've never seen a high gloss puzzle before. It doesn't feel right and will be too hard to see to put together because of all the reflectiveness. Sure had high hopes! But in the end, they barely reach dead average.
Collage sent out an email promoting their deep discounts on personalized Christmas ornaments. Sounds good. A nice family ornament to preserve the year. I got through the entire process to checkout when I found the SCAM…shipping. $35 to ship an ornament (not express, incidentally) that weighs a few ounces. Gee, thanks for nothing, Collage.
I ordered a woven blanket with family photos. I also ordered a fleece blanket. When the woven blanket arrived, it was very poorly done. The faces looked like everyone had a skin disease. Collage offered to replace it, telling me that it was being custom made this time. Unfortunately, it was no better than the first, custom or not. I have previously received wonderful gifts of mugs, a woven blanket, a fleece blanket, and all of them turned out beautifully. But the quality control of the current woven blanket is poor. This was a special personal gift, and it's really quite poorly made. Very disappointed... and "custom" didn't improve it at all. Please improve your quality control of you woven blankets. The fleece blanket turned out fine.
I have used this company many times for canvas prints from my trips, which I have all over my house. The pictures always looked nice. Unfortunately I will no longer use this company because yesterday I discovered that their products do not last. A canvas image that I purchased in 2017 literally fell apart and started sliding down my wall. Fortunately I was there and was able to grab it before it fell to the floor and damaged anything else. The glue strip that they used to attach the back completely failed and the entire back of the picture came off. It's meant to be a piece of art and it should certainly last much longer than that 4 years. I contacted them and they said that they only warranty their products for 3 years. For something that expensive ($140 list price), I definitely expected better quality. Do not use them for anything that you want to last.

I ordered a customized phone case from this site. However, when it arrived it had 2 major flaws. First, the images printed on the hard case were dull, very blurry, and looked like they had been printed once then printed again on top of the first print. Second, the hard case had a noticeable notch in it and did not align with the silicone/rubber liner. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because their customer service was helpful. Via their website I was able to submit a form about the issues with the case and I was also able to use their chat feature which linked me to someone who was quite helpful. They looked up and processed my form promptly.
I ordered two Sherpa blankets. They were collage and for my boyfriend and his brother; as their mother has recently passed. The blankets are so thin and not worth the money that I paid for them. I'm very disappointed in this. The pictures are great, but I would have been better off purchasing elsewhere to obtain a better quality blanket.
We recieved this in the mail today, this thing would not keep your big toe warm, what a joke, will never order from this company again.
I was so excited to buy something customized and so cute for my Mom for Mothers Day. It was already going to come about 10 days late when I ordered it because I dont have that much money to pay $30 for shipping. I made sure no pictures were cut off and spent about 3 hours making sure everything was perfect. May 19 came around (the day it was supposed to be delivered) and it still wasnt there. The package came on May 22. That was already a big problem because May 19 was already too late. When the picture book came SOME PICTURES WERE CUT OFF. $30 for pictures to be cut off ok
I love their books and blankets. Collage offers free canvas 8x10s. By the time you pay shipping and tax it is adds up to more than Walmart prices. Beware of anything for free. Is anything really free?
First off I had made 2 picture blankets one for my grandma and one for my kids great grandma, the one I made for mine grandma I did through shutterfly.com since I did it at last moment that was the only place I could go through to get it fast enough and it came out great! Then I made another one but used collage.com this time and I just received it in the mail and I think it looks horrible the pictures are blurry the blanket looks like they dyed it red and was once white. Very disappointed! I used a lot of the same pictures on both blankets and the one from shutterfly looks the best and my pictures are clear and perfect all around.
I got my order within 4 days and I ordered a iPhone XR case and a iPhone 11 but they gave me a iPhone 11 Pro and gave me somebody else's phone case that was a XR it was printed ok just they messed up on the order
When I first used this site I really enjoyed it - very user friendly, good customer service and pleased with the end result. Unfortunately, I am creating another photo book with them and several of the editing tools have been removed, which will increase the time it takes to complete my project exponentially. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED (probably a lot to do with something that was so useful become so cumbersome).
I do appreciate their option to chat with someone online for assistance, although that is now more difficult to do as well (used to be an option on the page you were working on and now you have to hunt for it)
I had a metal print done by Collage.com, which arrived in an overly large poorly padded box, with the print done very poorly. I could have forgiven this but the customer service inferred the image problem was mine. I am a semi-pro photographer and do my own printing, and knew the image that I had submitted on the web site was drastically different than the one I received. I have had other work done here that was fine, but my experience with this has soured me on this company. Note that the company also makes it difficult to provide ratings on their own website, so there is likely to be a positive bias.

Ordered a pillow for my granddaughter but was disappointed in the color when I received it. Because I was not sure that the difference in colors was due to viewing on my tablet, I did not contact the company, but did comment that the color was not what I thought I had ordered. A CSR sent me an email right away offering to replace the item I was disappointed in. She had created another order and chose the colors I had described. She made the reorder easy as all I needed to do was review and accept. I have never had a company proactively contact me regarding an order. Awesome customer service says much about a company!
Update to my review. It is true that they responded quickly and replaced the pillow at no charge, but when I received the replacement pillow it was exactly the same (wrong) color as the first and the name on the pillow had the letters cut off at the top. Do they not have any quality control in place?

The blankets are not very high quality, but the Customer Service was outstanding in my case. I left a review here that I wasn't real happy with the blanket I ordered. I never contacted customer service... they contacted me! Now that's an absolute first! They sent me an upgraded blanket free of charge.

These guys act like they're giving you 80% off but basically inflate their shipping cost way over what it really is... so they give me 80% off on the calendar which is down to five dollars each when you buy 10 And then charge me 59.99 for shipping when I know it cost them way less

Ok So I got a Living Social coupon for a photo blanket. I want to give as a gift for Christmas. The site was very easy to use. Shipping was quick. I just received my package today. It's more of a throw (which I assumed) so blanket is a bad term on their part. My problem is, I had a pic for the middle that I wanted showcased, and I have a big blank spot there. I also had all of the photos out of the blanket edge, because I didnt really want color, about 1/3 of the throw has a blue edge. I also thought that the underside would be the color I chose, but no, its white. I have sent an email and will follow up when I receive a response. I hope they come through in time for the holiday, I'm banking on making my future MIL cry, and I'm not sure how to top it than with this.

I ordered a Sherpa blanket thinking it would be more plush and snuggly than the standard fleece. Although the photo images look good, the quality of the actual Sherpa blanket was very disappointing. It was very chintzy and not worth the extra money. The Sherpa looks like glorified fleece. Big mistake on my part. A rip off to customers on their part. DISAPPOINTING

I usually don't write reviews on websites, but this was so disappointing that I had to.
I bought a living social voucher for a photo book and regretted it as soon as I started designing my book. The interface for making projects is terrible. It will put your pictures in a nice collage lay out, but doesn't allow you to center them in the frames. I resorted to cropping photos and it took me hours and hours. I would have abandoned the project after 15 minutes if I hadn't already paid.
When I received my book, the pronto quality was TERRIBLE! I uploaded high resolution photos from my wedding photographer (who gave me printing rights), but even pictures printed as small as about 3" x 5" size were really, really grainy! I wouldn't consider their printing process to be photo quality at all.
Bottom line - I was really disappointed and would not recommend that anyone buy a photo book through this site. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I did get my book quickly (shipped within a couple days) and customer service responded very quickly to an email question I sent immediately after placing the order (but before I received my package).

Bought two Groupon's for photo books which I have purchased photo books many times in the past and the quality was very poor. I'm a little disappointed in the clarity of pictures and the type of paper as well. Would not purchase the books again.

I want to like them, I really do, but... My sister had purchased a blanket and although it took a month to arrive, it was very nice. I have tried for weeks now to complete one blanket. Their website is riddled with problems, and no help is available. No one answers emails, no one responds to phone calls. I have a feeling this company consists of a few young college kids in a basement, and they could have a really successful business if they just get the help that they need! Maybe go on Shark Tank? ;) I hope they can recover from these problems quickly since there is so much interest in the products they are offering.

I purchased a photo blanket. Great price, free ship. Came out beautiful! About a week later I saw a good deal for collage.com 16 x 20 photo canvas $25.00 + free shipping. I knew I should screen shot the page but quickly bought my voucher so I could start the Canvas. It was extremely frustrating. Kept reloading, could not edit the pics. Spoke to a rep (same one) several times. No problem, the voucher is good forever. Finally, after 4 days, I finally got it set. Put in my voucher@ checkout only to be charged $15.98 shipping. Now the same rep is telling me free shipping not included on this. Why didn't he tell me that last Thursday? I did not dream this up. FYI. If you see a deal on your phone, screen shot it because if you go back looking for it, it will be gone. Not sure if I can cancel and get my $25.00 back. Very disappointed. This was to be a gift for my son And PS. can't send this unless I have an order #? So I have no choice but to place order. I did wonder how they could do such good deals. Making profit on shipping, reminds me of eBay lol
