I really like their variety of coffee and am trying to order directly from companies these days. I ordered the product 9 days ago. The FedEx tracking is lacking a lot of information regarding the shipment. I'm wondering if the order is lost but customer service just rudely said, "if you read the FedEx website, it says there are weather delays". The cold and ice is down south and not in Minnesota where it says the package is. Due to the rudeness of customer service, I will look for another small business to purchase coffee.

I received my coffee within a few days of placing the order online. Great product and great service!

They have decent prices and a fair selection, although they no longer carry my favorite coffee, but their shipping is terrible. The "free" shipping takes forever, and twice I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-4 days) and it still took 6+ days to get it. When I emailed them about it, there was no offer to reimburse me for the shipping expense, or even an apology for the delay. They use FedEx, which I think is fine if you live in a metro area, but not if you're rural.

The coffee I bought is very good, as good as I had hoped. But delivery time -- ten days -- is unacceptable. I seriously suggest you look at dropping FedEx and/or UPS and go with the United States Postal Service which is faster, cheaper and more reliable. (And, no, I don't know a single person who works for the USPS.)

This is CoffeeforLess amazing service and many time to order products. I like coffee and my health is more benefits give us.

They have a great variety of coffees at great prices. The only problem we've had is when they suddenly surprised us by shipping FedEx. For years now they've used the USPS, and being full-time RVers it worked great because our address is always General Delivery. That doesn't work for FedEx. I'll now have to call in my order and request USPS shipping.

The website has a great selection and delivery is usually fast. This time however, it took THREE WEEKS to arrive, and half of the order was wrong (not decaf, as ordered.) Very disappointing.

After placing many orders with coffeeforless over several years and experiencing excellent service, I ordered and paid for my usual Starbucks Kcups at the end of September 2023. I received confirmation of my order and later had an inquiry from CFL, asking if I had received my order. Having waiting for over a month to receive my cofee, I then began emailing, calling, and attempting to contact the company via their online chat. Nothing! No response. I am perplexed at the company's nonresponse. Sure would like to have them refund my payment.

Local store was out of one of the "Limited Edition" flavored coffees that my wife and I have become addicted to, so I went online to try and find some. Happened upon coffeeforless.com and they had it in stock. This is the first time I've used this site but definitely won't be the last. They have a great selection and quantity options, good prices, and the order shipped the next day. Very happy.

One of the best coffee. Friendly staff and Amazing place. Prices are bit high but justify its quality.

Since 2011, every now and then, I place an order with coffee for less with the hope that they have improved their shipping process. Nope. If anything, its gotten worse and they don't seem to care. They just blame fed Ex.The order wasn't even picked up for 12 days, so the problem was not Fed Ex.

It's been two weeks now since my latest order and I still have not received it.

Ordered Starbucks Veranda and received Verona. The names are very similar, but the coffees are extremely different! Initially, the company wanted to send me a delivery slip to return the wrong coffee and then send me a new order. Ultimately we decided they would give me a discount on the wrong coffee that I would keep and drink, and order again immediately. My fingers are crossed they send the right coffee this time!

Order came on time. Got Cinnamon Sugar Cookie in March. My fave!
A little more expensive than others but got what I wanted.

Love the convenience of buying our two favorite brands. Easy order system, prompt delivery. We never run out of coffee!

Awesome website for all of your coffee needs! I found all our favorite coffees, in the large K-Kup amounts we like, and they shipped super fast! So much easier than going to the store and hoping I can find what I need. I'm thinking of trying their auto delivery as well!

No reply after first email. No change in tracking information. Placed order on May 20! Want a reply! Ugh!

I used to receive coffee shipment within a week of placing order. Now it takes over a week, sometimes 2. I have to go buy boxes to keep from running out. This coming from a long standing customer. What changed?

They have a wide range of brands and strengths. I can always obtain the coffee I want for a reasonable price. Quick delivery.

I ordered some regular coffee and it was okay Delivery time was fine. Then I looked at the brand of coffee I regularly used for myself and saw that the price was raised to $59.90 for the same thing I ordered before for less than $15. I checked with other online companies and the price hadn't changes. Talk about price gouging! I will neverorderfrom you again.

I like this coffee it's really smooth and has an after taste of chocolate. Service was brilliant and the coffee was delivered the day after I ordered it and was ground perfectly for the Cafetiere.
