The people that runs this website/ service won't reply to my inquiries and requests before I opened a PayPal dispute against them, all because they took longer than they stated to deliver the unlock code and don't care about anything else besides money because you already made the payment. After I opened the dispute they started to apologize and working with me. Terrible terrible experience guys, stay away if you could.

They were unable to unlock my Motorola MetroPCS phone with their premium service. They finally responded via email that they would refund in 3 to 5 days, but never did. I filed dispute on Paypal, but it said I had to wait 2 weeks for response. The next day their website is no longer working. So I contacted my CC company and disputed the Paypal charge and won. Stay away from this horrible company!
These guys are nothing but liars and full of excuses. Paid for a code more than two weeks ago but still nothing. Nobody ever replies to emails and if they do, they just make up lies. These guys are unprofessional, pathetic and have no integrity. Don't waste your time and money with these crooks.

I send two messages... nobody help me and don't seems to give my money back...
After requesting their cell phone unlocking services, I got nothing. Wrote 3X on the support page and never heard anything back. Had to resort to PayPal dispute to get my money back. Numerous messages on their support page went unanswered. Numerous messages via PayPal went unanswered. I'm just glad that I went through PayPal instead of this company having my bank info. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will be filing complaints with both the FCC and FTC.
COUNDNT UNOCK MY TMOBILE PHONE THEN ASKED FOR MORE $$$ i AGREED TO MORE $$$... THEN MADE AN EXCUSE AND COULDNT FINISH THE CONTRACT... THEN THEY JUST CANCELLED
Metro PCS allows you to unlock your phones "FREE of Charge" after 90 days, Not wanting to wait 90 days, I paid $39.99 to codes2unlock. Probably because Metro puts a block on the iemi number for 90 days, I have been unable to unlock my phone since I cannot connect to the server using the unlock app. Now codes2unlock is fighting me on their so called "Money Back Guarantee". So my advice, wait the 90 days and contact Metro PCS and get it unlocked for "FREE". Thanks' Tim

2 weeks passed and nothing happened!
Don not purcharse anything with this thieves.
I paid 25USD. The promise me to send me the code after 48 hours, but they never send me anything.
I send them a lot of messages and the only answer i have was: "WE ALREADY UNLOCK YOUR PHONE, WE ARE DONE OUR JOB"
Big big scammers.
Don not purchase, not even with paypal, i trust in paypal and they never returned my money.
