It was my first time using squadhelp.com and I am quite satisfied with the result. There were few good names submitted and I was able to select the winner; also the number of submissions exceeded the expectation, approx. 1900 overall. Though, the quality was quite low, since out of 1900, only some where good ones. I would ask if there is any control 2 participants not to submit same names, etc. Thank you very much, and I would be happy to use squadhelp.com in the future again.

Having struggled with friends, family and business associates for several weeks, and coming up with almost nothing that really really suited as I had a very clear idea of the desired outcome, I happened upon squadhelp, opted for the Managed contest and will never regret that decision. First time user, very happy with my experience. I learned to refine my brief based on early answers to make it clearer which lead to better suggestions. I also enjoyed being able to provide feedback to individual submissions, encouraging more similar ideas, which resulted in a lot of submissions. I expected about 500 submissions and got nearly 1,500 submissions. Will definitely use Squadhelp again and recommend it to others. Thank You.

Actually this was a very interesting and easy to go through process. And importantly its bringing me a new name! Maybe based on ideas I have rated it would be great if the list is organized not chronologically but in theme with the briefing or matching my scored preferences.

I really enjoyed using Squadhelp. This was my first time using the tool, and I will likely use it again. The only thing I can think of that would be more helpful is to have additional notifications via email, at least in the beginning. I didn't realize people were participating and didn't realize until I logged in to check; would have liked to get notice right away that folks were engaging with the contest. I may have overlooked it, so if that is the case, chalk it up to user error. :)

Hi, I would like to be able to forward my names for testing & IP checks without making it visible to the Competition members that those are my shortlist. There are too many opportunities for people to do the wrong thing & register the domain, before you do due diligence, and then charge you $$$ to buy it. This didn't happen to me, but I never created a shortlist - I have heard this has happened to others. Just a suggestion. Your customer support was very good throughout, thank you.

Deciding on a winner was the hardest part. So many concepts came through which needed to be worked through but ultimately deciding on one winning design required the input of others around me. My feedback is that this is such an important decision to make, more direction should be given to the contest holders to seek advice and opinions from like mined people so they can make a more informed decision. All in all, this contest produced a fantastic result. Great work, keep it up.

It was a lot of fun there were a lot of good names and everything is streamlined to help you pick names that will work well in the market. What is not elucidated on the platform is how many entries creatives are allowed to enter and that high ratings give them more opportunities to enter. Without this prior knowledge you could severely restrict the quantity and quality of entries to your contest without realizing it.

Creatives please keep away it's a waste of time, and effort

They take your money (10$) ideas, time and they give you disappointment (in a destructive way)

I joined as a creative and all my ideas were "no thank you" and my domain names (. Com) where rejected.
And other ideas were not rated
When I searched I found people writing the same scenario!
So it's not a coincidence
So please don't let anyone trick you

I tried to do this on my own and after putting hours and hours into this at the end my choices that I felt was good had really bad result on a naming test with many people not liking any of the names I thought they were amazing. then I purchased a branding consultation for $99 that was AMAZING. All of the answers that Grant provided were amazing. Which is why I would keep coming back to you guys! thank you so much!

It has been an insightful & educational experience for me (as I'm not remotely creative). One thing which I found confusing was when 'new' creatives submitted names which where very similar to ones which had already been suggested by a previous creative. As there were so many entries, I was worried about giving credit to a newer entry & overlooking the original idea. I hope this makes sense. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the naming contest & can't wait to launch the logo & tagline contests. I've spread the word about your site & sung your praises plenty! Thank you.

Easy to use website with several smart features. I received more than 700 names within 5 days. Many of them were very good and I ended up having difficulty choosing the best one. Finally it felt that I was part of the whole contest, as I could constantly give my feedback to the creators which really helped in finding the right name.

Support was always there to help in a timely manner and professionally. They answered my questions and solved any issues I encounted. Thanks for your help.

Buying a domain name from SquadHelp was such a great experience, we decided to run a quick logo contest too. We got tons of options and several people responded to our feedback with additional variations of one we liked. We ended up hiring a designer to make a final logo for us based off inspiration from the winner we selected from SquadHelp.

Squadhelp took the daunting ask of naming my new company and turned it into the think tank/crowd sourcing experience I was hoping for.

We were recommended to use Squadhelp and initially I must say, I was a bit reticent. However after seeing the flood of incredible domain names which were wide and varied, I am sold. There is NO WAY I could possibly think up most of them. Another benefit, there is no emotion involved on my part, only the joy of choosing from all those wonderful creative souls who took the time offer their awesome suggestions! It really was such a valuable experience and 1000% worth it

It was exciting to collaborate. I wish there was not as many duplicates. Scrolling down on the website to get through all names was tricky. I would reccommend the service

There were 950 entries submitted and most were brand names that were not relevant to the brief or dashboard message updates I was sending in group messages. However I found the results better than I expected but the volume of results took some time to sort.. The platform and ease of operation was excellent and the extra audience testing and trademark verification was also excellent and provided fast results. I would definitely use this squadhelp platform again.

I had a good experience with over 700 entries for a company name. Most were not very good but I still ended up with a shortlist of about 5 to 10 which was enough for me to choose from. I will probably be back for more contests.
