Seller told to go F*** myself when I refused to send federal documents to them via Email... Paypay is still pending after 5 days, which they cannot claim payment bc they have not delivered my sons game card. Not business trust worthy company or people.

These $#*!s, man, I cannot say enough bad things about them. I ordered 2 xbox gift cards, never got them, even after giving them my ID. Then, when they sent me fake links to the codes, I complained to them, for 3 weeks I didnt get a response, so I disputed it with PayPal, at which point they THEN send me links to correct codes. They also wrote me saying that I was "uneducated" and that they reported me to the FBI cybercrimes division for disputing my case, saying I committed fraud. Seriously... with the biggest spiked baseball bat in the world, SCREW these guys!

RED FLAGS everywhere with regards to verification process and hands down the WORST, most unprofessional customer service literally EVER. Buy anywhere else, PLEASE. Nobody should have to experience what they will put you through. Even if your transaction goes smoothly, which Ill bet good money it wont, customer service has zero people skills and whoever is in charge of that ish just seems like a sociopath. Seriously do yourself an enormous favor and shop ANYWHERE ELSE.

I purchased an 1 month PS plus memership card from them, they asked me to send them a photo ID before they would give me my code! And I did it but they didn't send the code and as of now I still hadn't received any response. I contacted paypal and paypal advised me not to give my ID because it would possibly be used for malicious reasons! Unfortunately I already did that and receive no code from them. I often shop online from major brands and I've never been asked for photo ID!

COM******* Finally he was right, Codepal scams his customers, does not send the products, threatens not to deliver them if he criticizes them for not offering support and makes them waste their time.

The same thing happened to me. And after asking them to cancel as I didnt know I had to show an Id after the purchase, they then tell me that my bank will be notified of possible fraud. Please stay away from them pleaseeee!

PURCHASED AN XBOX LIVE 12MONTH DIGITAL CODE. THEY WANTED MY ID AND I TOLD THEM NO WAY. I FINALLY GET AN EMAIL A FEW DAYS LATER SAYING MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, I REPLIED ASKING WHEN MY CARD WOULD BE CREDITED AND THEY RESPONDED WITH "HOW ABOUT YOU GO F___ YOURSELF."

I ordered a $10 iTunes e-gift card. When checking my email to wait for the cards I received two messages from PayPal saying a payment went through, but there was ANOTHER payment processing (they were trying to double charge me for a single order). I emailed them right away about their mistake of trying to double charge me and told them to cancel the 2nd payment / not accept it.

I got an email back the next day from their customer service the next day saying that they could not cancel the payment followed by another email saying they need me to verify my identity before they could process my order (asking for my photo ID). I told them that I'm not going to be sending my ID because: 1. THEY'RE SERVERS MESSED UP AND PUT IN A DOUBLE ORDER and 2. I don't verify this purchase because I didn't make it. I also explained that I'm tight on money and this payment could not go through because I need to save all I can - and an hour later they email me back and said "Well maybe you should be more careful".

They proceeded to email me a total of 20 times asking for my ID. After telling them no for the final time, they emailed me "We will teach you that you have f***ed with the wrong company. We are taking legal action". I then received a forwarded email from PayPal's Fraud Protection - but get this THEY ONLY FORWARDED PAYPAL HALF THE CONVERSATION LEAVING OUT THE PARTS WHERE THEY WERE PESTERING ME AND CUSSING ME OUT. I then forwarded PayPal ALL of the emails so they didn't get a lie by omission version of the story.

I found the phone number for CodePal customer service but upon calling was asked to give them my credit card information because they have a charge-per-minute to talk to a representative. I ended up calling PayPal in the end of everything and telling them the whole story (every exact point I wrote in this review) and the woman was able to let me know she opened a unauthorized dispute and added notes about what happened for her colleague. She told me to ignore anymore emails and to not verify myself because CodePal is a scam.

After a week or two I was notified that the funds were released back into my account. Nevertheless I took my business over to GiftNix which is a completely better place to get your gift cards.
