After almost two years trying to develop a mobile app with Codebrew it became apparent that they simply were unable to deliver what they promised. Their marketing is excellent but once the project landed in the company, I was sadly disappointed.
The project dragged on because of many things including covid which delayed it greatly but their designs and builds were inappropriate and non-functional. I went through 5 project managers each promising to deliver but progressed in short disconnected spurts. The first one would submit amateurish and rushed designs and was more interested in payment than delivering competent design. I complained and was provided another PM. This one was more attentive and responsive for a couple of weeks then drifted into unresponsive rushed designs which were again inadequate. I was then assigned a senior project manager who oversaw the incompetence of the other PM's but never pushed the project through. It became a grueling process of disconnected repetition without end. A lot of apologizing and broken promises later I realized they just weren't adequate for the task especially for the US market. The organization is big, layered, clumsy and ineffective. A waste of time and money.
