Found Coco and Carter on Instagram after Jess from Love Island posted an outfit. I bought 5 items and kept 3. The refund took about a week which is relatively quick nowadays. Will shop here again.

The worst customer service on this earth. Had to call my bank for fraud. Eventually received my items. Been blocked from Instagram. Even tried to contact the manager Chanel Shayler. Nothing. Just don't even bother! They respond to you only when they know they are making money OBVIOUSLY such as when you ask if an item will be available. Also hate paying for delivery when it doesn't even come in time. Its also embarrassing how some of the Towie stars are advertising for her company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order for £57 however my item was never dispatched. After numerous emails and messages and requests to return my money, I have now given up. She has now blocked me on Instagram. She has obtained my money via deception and it seems from these reviews has done the same to many others. I will now be taking this up with trading standards.

My order took a while to come (was not despatched on the day I was told) however it did arrive and is a nice coat. Not sure if I would order again though as communication was not great.

After ordering a dress for 2-3 days delivery it came 18 days late, confused as to where my order was o emailed multiple times (well over 30) then I messaged on Instagram too, she would read my messages and send back a heart. When it arrived it was nothing like the photos shown. I asked for a refund and asked if she could provide the refund address as the website does not provide this, still she hasnt replied after numerous messages and emails I have completely given up. £30 down the drain thanks to this scamming $#*!.

Do not buy from this company, I spent £50 ordering two dresses & choosing next day delivery. No dresses showed up and no refund after a number of emails. I have now had to get trading standards involved & reported the owner for fraud, disgusting she can do this to so many people and get away with it.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Confirmation that order had been received and dispatched. Order never arrived, contacted many times to see where it was to be ignored. After numerous emails finally got a response with a tracking number which was false, again informed that it was incorrect. Then have heard nothing since. Taken my money and not sent goods. Completely unacceptable.
Reported to trading standards and trying to get my money back through bank.
DO NOT BUY!

Spoke to the owner on Instagram and was very helpful in sizes and advice. Ordered for next day delivery and came as promised

Gave this girl benefit of the doubt. However blocked me after commenting on posts about getting my money back... I waited over 1 month. Quick to take my money.

Contacted trading standards and they have enough complaints to now do a criminal investigation. I urge anyone who is in the position I am to contact t. S as they have been a great help.

Here months ago. There was a problem with delivery and it was eventually sent back to the seller. After numerous emails and attempts at contacting this company I was replied to twice, she made out she had no emails from me despite having a conversation weeks before which she stopped replying to. I even sent a screen shot of the conversation. Then finally she refused any help what so ever. It's not their problem it's my fault I should have collected la la la but they will be more than happy to keep the money and item! I offered to re pay postage but was lied to over and over by an unconvincing scam artist who said after 3 months the parcel had not arrived back at her address when in fact I know by tracking numbers it had been sent back. I have now been blocked on social media!
Reported them to trading standards and I will be going to the bank to try and get my money back. I may also find the address and call in person. But I doubt this will do much. Sounds like a right dodgy market seller! Avoid avoid avoid!

If something youve ordered hasn't arrived, you should contact the seller to find out where it is.

Its the sellers legal responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you. They should chase the delivery company and let you know whats happened to your item.

If your item wasn't delivered to the location you agreed (eg it was left with your neighbour without your consent), it's the seller's legal responsibility to sort out the issue.

If the item doesn't turn up, youre legally entitled to a replacement or refund.

So there you go!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never receive your order and they don't even have the decency to tell you they wasn't even gonna send it only because you ask they come up with some terrible excuse and very very rude. They will try and ignore you and delete any comments you make on their Instagram about how much of a poor company they are. They are a disgrace and should be shut down! Awful customer service and will rob you if your not careful. PLEASE JUST ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DON'T DESERVE CUSTOMERS!

I ordered in March to Dubai where I live and that I paid £15 to have delivered here, am still waiting in august! I have sent numerous messages on any communication site possible and she ingnores you! Then you find her posting pictures on holidays that she has paid for buy robbing everyone! She's vile and should be ashamed of herself! If your looking for away to be robbed buy some crap of this tramp!

I ordered a coat last Thursday and am happy to say this was with me on Friday morning! Love my coat and now just can't wait to wear it!

Ordered a jacket horrible material felt cheap. No order form came with the jacket it was ordered online. When I got in touch she just said return it to the address. Sent it via special delievery been over 2 weeks parcel has not been collected. Will not reply to messages just robbing innocent people out of money.

Should be made illegal and shut down! Stay well clear!

Ordered an item did not receive a dispatch notification. Have chased up the item loads of times, had a few replies Im looking in to this now all my messages are completely ignored.

Twice I have ordered from coco and carter and both times trying to either get my order or money back its very difficult. She ignores all messages from you and when you comment on social media page she deleted the comments and replies to new enquiries only. NEVER order from them

Guys don't order! The women is vile! Sent me poor quality items and when returned she burnt one and made it dirty and sent it back. She doesn't even deserve one star. DONT ORDER

Annoyingly my review is similar to the rest. Haven't heard back a week after placing the order and emailed to chase and never heard back. Also trying to chase on Instagram but if this doesn't persist I will be taking actions further.

Placed an order, they took my money, despatch email received saying item had been sent! Didnt receive item, emailed them & the email bounced straight back undeliverable! Sent messages on instagram asking for a tracking number, the only reply i got was they had sent me another email, no they did not! In the end i contacted my bank who refunded my money! It appears they take your money but dont send out what youve paid for! Its basically stealing! Still no sign of the item i ordered & the company have blocked me on instagram! Reported to trading standards & i urge anyone who has had the same experience to do the same!
