DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am so unbelievably pissed. I wish I would have known about this website before I ordered. I ordered a $55 purse plus shipping and an international fee on my Visa. Didn't realize it was from China (although I know all things technically are) but this is legit China. The address was in Chinese. The post office couldn't translate it to return the bag. I actually got the correct bag, but it was missing a zipper pull, the "coach" emblem was on crooked, and it was so disgustingly cheap looking I could have made it. I emailed them for a refund and they responded with "what's going on" and other useless responses. After reading these posts below I have lost hope on getting my money back, however, I am contacting my bank first thing in the morning to see about canceling the transaction or claiming it as fraudulent. NEVER AGAIN. They don't even deserve 1 star.
