Shopping at CNDirect was an amazing experience of online shopping. You can buy the products of your choice by just clicking on the item. Payment procedure is very easy. I recommended this amazing online shopping site to my friends, and they got the products of their choice very easily. Just one suggestion for other customers, read the reviews before purchase, it will prevent you from any issues in future.

Received the incorrect goods. Customer service refuted they were incorrect even when photos and order was resent to them. They eventually arranged collection, when the carrier arrived they refused to collect as the information they had been given was incorrect. The customer service emails were extremely difficult to understand and when questioned they failed to understand my questions. I am exhausted trying to return an item.

I wish I would have looked into this company's reviews before I ordered, because it looks like several others have had the same experience. I ordered three Fingerling Monkeys, and only received two... which doesn't matter anyway, because they mailed the fake "Happy Monkeys" in a bubble envelope, which has resulted in terrible damage to both! What a total and COMPLETE rip-off! They are scam artists, and I am angry beyond belief!

This company is a scam! I ordered 4 Fingerlings, and they sent me some cheap knock-offs. One of them was completely damaged. The positive reviews seem just as fake as the products they ship out. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
The top Fingerlings are the ones I was able to order from Amazon. The bottom ones are the cheap knock-offs from this company.

Ordered 3 fingerlings in early November and paid for expedited shipping (supposedly 6-10 days) Received one knock off monkey toy a month later. Filed dispute through PayPal and got refund, but now I'm unable to get the toys I hoped to have for Christmas since they're near impossible to find at retail. Waste of time and disappointing.

I bought a wheel spinner that arrived on time. However the spinner arrived in poor condition. After sending images explaining the defect CN direct kept continue raising questions and buying time without offering a solution. It looks like there is robot automically raising questions.In the end I gave up. I don't want to spend many hours for just a product of EUR 8. Therefore be cautious in case of ordering as complaint handling is weak and not speak about replacement guarantee. I would not recommend this webshop.

Took over a month to receive a "Happy Monkey" not the fingerling that was mentioned in the item description. Shipped from China in an envelope, the box was crushed to badly to give as a gift. Customer service can't write proper English in their response emails & they aren't helpful at all. There is no US phone number to call and complain to. Do Not Trust this company to buy from.

I too was bought 4 fingerling monkeys on 10/27. Here it is 12/22 and still don't have them. I have sent numerous emails and I keep getting told they are on their way probably caught up on customs. For 8 weeks, really? I will never order from this company again. They are a joke. Thank god I paid with paypal. I intend to file a complaint with them and get my money back. Too bad I will have 4 very disappointed grandchildren Christmas day.

I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstock shoes and never received them. I emailed them to find out where they were and they could not find the order. Luckily I paid with Paypal and opened a claim. I receive an email from them that they miraculously found my order and if I closed the claim they would ship it to me. Well sorry Im not that dumb and alerted Paypal of the scam, they stated they have had many claims and will refund my money in a few days. BUYER BEWARE, yes if it is too good a price there is a reason. If buying use Paypal or secured funds that you can get back.

FRAUDULENT SELLERS

FRAUDULENT SELLERS. Don't know how they don't have a one (1) rating on the internet. Selling Fingerlings and sending Happy Monkey?! Crooks. I opened a fraud case with my bank.
1. NOT fingerlings
2. Sent 5 of the them not 6 as ordered anyway.
3. Send in a soft pack, all the boxes are crushed.
Seriously, would be afraid to order socks from this company!

If there was a zero option, I'd choose it. Ordered two fingerlings - they said fingerlings on the website and order - in October. Paid for faster shipping. Got one very damaged Happy Monkey this week. Complete ripoff and no response on a refund. Lesson learned. Stay far away from this "company."

Almost 3 months and I have no items. I have
Asked for a refund numerous times, but no Fiona keeps ignoring my request and sending me useless tracking info! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible customer service and super slow!

I ordered 2 so called Fingerlings but were really Happy Monkeys... what a rip off. I have request a refund and will also submit on my credit card as dissatisfied. If only I
Had seen these reviews. They will not respond back.
Stay away from this company. I will also make BBB is aware to warn people. These are scam artists!

I paid extra for 6-12 day shipping it's been 18 days and I haven't recieved my package. Tried asking for support, they couldn't do anything about it but tell me "it's in transit". Well it's in LATE transit! Very disappointing, I just wasted my money on faster shipping for nothing. I don't recommend you buy here.

I would give them NEGATIVE STARS, unfortunately that's not an option. I was stupid and ordered $300.00 worth of Fingerlings. I tried to cancel, but they keep giving me the run around. Every day a new excuse. They say refund in process, then told that I have to sign an authoritarian form before they can refund. I am opening a dispute so these idiots DON'T GET PAID! I just found out that CN Direct also poses as Curious Toys Club... BEWARE!

This site should mention that you are buying knock offs. Not only did I receive a knock off fingerling but when they came in, much later than promised, the packages were completely smashed. I am very disappointed!

I am angry beyond belief. I wish I had read reviews on this site. I ordered a black Fingerling. I paid the expedited shipping, I was suppose to get the item in 6-12 days. After several emails from me and them replying be patient. 31 days later I received a fake fingerling in a smashed box inside a bubble envelope. Are you kidding me? I have contacted my credit card company to see if they can do anything for me. This company should be sued for ripping people off. Lesson learned. I would not give them any stars but it won't let me submit my review without it.

Terrible company. Sent counterfeit items that did not match the description of the item. Items took 30days to receive in multiple shipments and still did not receive full quantity ordered. Contacting via emails took days for response. Would not offer a full refund for their counterfeit items. Filed a bank dispute since their customer service is terrible.

I ordered some Fingerlings and was told a week later that they were out of stock. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. The customer service rep kept asking if I wanted to keep the money in my "wallet" to which I always said NO-refund to Paypal. They refuse to refund my money to Paypal.
STAY AWAY!

I ordered December 29th and still have not received my package. I've been given a tracking number which is useless. I've emailed and said I'd like a refund for them to ask me in another email if I want a refund, they're sorry for the wait. I've been told China Post is slow, that the package was delivered but still nothing. I will never order from this again.

I made two orders about a week ago, adding up to about $60 or $70. Under the status is still says "payment pending" and no money has been taken from my account. I've never had a website take this long to actually pay for the items? I've emailed them and attempted to call costumer service, but the US number is invalid. I've seen so many good reviews for them by youtubers and such, so I was really surprised. I just want my clothes ugh!

If you paid via western union, normally we need 4-5 business days to pick up payment, since we need your right and full payment information to check whether it is available to pick up or not. And sometimes, we even need to go to our local bank to pick up payment. And if you paid via paypal e-check, then it needs 6-7 business days to receive the payment. Hope you can kindly understand.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Save your money - shop elsewhere!

I want my money back!

Things take forever to arrive. And arrive in dribs and drabs.

Watch was broken.

Trench coat looked NOTHING like the picture.

Overcoat ripped the first time I tried it on.

Fabrics are flimsy, thin, see through and just NASTY.

Sent 2 of the exact same item.

A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
And shame on me I ordered twice from them.

Where's my $200 REFUND CNDirect?

Scam company! Do not order from them! I ordered a Fingerling. Took twice as long to deliver than promised. When I received it, it was beyond smashed and it was a happy monkey, not a fingerling. They sent me a knockoff. Checked all my receipts and their site and it clearly says fingerling. Then when I contacted them they just told me "all our customers like happy monkey". Filed a claim through PayPal. Do not order through them!

THIS COMPANY! I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the items and never got any kind of update. They have no customer service number and when I emailed and finally got a response they said they couldn't find my order and then said they didn't have it in stock and the shipping time starts whenever they feel like sending the product! Lol I had to dispute with my credit card. STAY FAR AWAY!
