Let's summarize my experience... Ui: Terrible. Clunky. Glitchy Table limitations: No waitlist, can't multitable. This website is built for one thing: TO MAXIMIZE THE RAKE THEY TAKE FROM YOU. They have little to no care of your actual experience or the quality of software. Overall Operations: Extremely poor. Let me share a story with you... I ran a $5k deposit up to $15k over a couple weeks via MTTs, heads up, and other cash games. Variance hit me, lost that. All good it happens. I emailed ClubWPTGold to request a purchase limit increase. The first CS rep, Teresa, approved my purchase limit increase to $25,000 monthly. When i check my account, i discover Teresa made a mistake and changed my 28-day purchase limit to only $25, not $25,000. I follow-up with them, inform them of the issue, and then have another CS rep, Randy reach out to me. They state that Teresa made a mistake and shouldn't have made that change. He claims this is because of new CS reps... For anyone who has worked in CS, there are processes and SOPs for things like this that are followed to a letter. And if you don't have these processes or SOPs setup as a business, then that should be VERY SCARY for your customer base. If they lack a process for something as simple as this, what else do they lack processes for? What other misinformation or incorrect action may a CS rep take? Ok Ok, mistakes happen, no problem. Randy then tells me that to have my purchase limit increase request considered i need to submit proof of funds and verify where my money is coming from. I appreciate my privacy so I let Randy know that I won't be doing that and that they can revert my 28 day purchase limit to the original amount, that is standard for all players on the website. Additionally, I let Randy know that Teresa's actions reflect very badly on your operations and quality of customer service. Do i even want to have a large cash balance on a website that doesn't even have customer service reps who have any idea what they're doing? I clearly struck a cord providing that feedback to Randy. Instead of Randy reverting my purchase limit to the original amount, it's now been changed to a 28 day purchase limit or $4. Clearly a retaliatory change on my account because I criticized their customer service and operations. It's scary to see a businesses employees, especially those empowered within customer service roles to make drastic and unfounded actions like this. I recommend you steer clear of this website. While the games might be ok action, the cons far outweigh any of the positives. Go play live poker where you won't get given the run around and actions taken against you for speaking your mind
