Complete scam... i ordered a jacket that arrived 1 month later different colour different size. Been told that i would receive a coupon or a gift and it never happened. I ve been ripped off by some sort of chinese people who can t even spell words properly! These people should be fined for this! Nico

This is a fraudulent site whose owners appear to be based in China, whence they send out pirated "North Face" goods. They own at least two other domains: www.northfacercom.com and www.clothzone.com.
See the review on sitejabber for Northfacercom.com, where some who placed orders are licking their wounds.
That's if you haven't already smelled a rat from the idiosyncratic choice of domain, ropey manner of cut-and-paste page text, absence of any physical address given for the company, intermittent typos and poor English, and references to Beijing in the terms and conditions.
