Took my payment straight away, never received a tracking number and have been ignored by customer service, should be taken of internet so they don't keep scamming innocent consumers

Product was XL Beagle Portrait T shirt, ordered Feb 1 and received about 10 days later. What I got was probably size medium. I could hardly get it over my head and the material felt like canvas and the portrait felt like heavy paint. So within two days asked for return and refund. Waited a couple oof weeks and there after repeated request frequently. Their response was waiting for verification (from whom?). Finally March 1, was given to go ahead, but never provided a return label, or instructions for returning it. So shipped back by UPS the cheapest I could get at $12.59. Just received notice of refund for $29.90, so no refund for the shipping costs of $19.59, both ways. I think I will stick to shopping only at Amazon from now on.

Clothing Monster is very quick to take your money, then ship you whatever is left in their pile of crap that you never wanted or ordered in the first place. When you try to return the item, their website says you never ordered anything. Their phone number is a total joke! No one ever answers and no one ever returns your call. RUN FROM THIS MONSTER - THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered a Kid's Medium Tee. Clothing Monster shipped an Adult Medium. I give them one star for their rushed delivery of a shirt 100 sizes too big!

We were notified that one of 4 shirts was back-ordered. With a very rapid exchange of e-mails, we were able to switch out that shirt for another that was in stock. The interaction was friendly and very responsive. The shirts came within about 4 days. The are very good quality. They feel as if they have been hand colored. We love them. Contrary to other negative reviews here, we have had a very good experience.

I ordered 1 specific tee shirt on 12/15/2020 for a special Christmas present. Yep, this "company" took my payment immediately, it is now almost a month later and I have yet to see the merchandise. I contacted them on line via "customer service" before Christmas, and was told that "due to the corona virus, shipments maybe late". That's funny, other on-line companies didn't have that problem. So I have lost my money and my husband did not get his Christmas present.

Ordered a gift on 12/18 for my daughter and package STILL shows in transit! For a $30 t shirt i expect good customer service. Do NOT buy from these people unless you give yourself PLENTY of time for it to deliver. SO not worth the money and aggravation to buy from this poor excuse for a company. They have no right to be in business, clearly the customer doesnt matter-its all about the money.

I ordered 2 t-shirts with graphics. 1st. Graphics look great on computer and not as much on shirts. 2nd. Expected better quality for price but they are poor quality. 3rd. Ordered for X-mas and they took much longer to ship and didn't arrive til 2nd week in January. *WILL NEVER USE AGAIN* Why can't we give zero stars?

After ordering and fighting with 'their customer service' be sure your credit card will reimburse for non-performance, failure to deliver, etc before ordering from this scam artist. Sorry 1 is the lowest rating.

Order placed. They sell ur private info to scammers. Sick of it. Close these guys down. Do not ever buy u will regret it.

This co. Will charge your card and then have no further contact with you. If you email them they will say, we will ship it tomorrow or the next day, and then not ship your order. I think they are scam. Please heed this and dont waste your money! I cant add a proof of purchase because they dont send you one, they just charge your card and then do their best to ignore you.

I ordered a T shirt. I was not in a rush.
They communicated that they would tell me when it was hipped.
After 6 weeks I logged in to see when expected delivery was going to happen.
They said they already shipped it. Via post office.
How convenient... NO TRACKING NUMBER>
I should have read the reviews.
They have not answered email attempts and of course no phone number appears available.
Based on all the reviews. They might have a business model where they ship a few. And hope everybody else gives up on tracking them down.

I am from Canada, I ordered two, they took over two weeks to arrive, they were poor fitting, cheap looking shirts. Not nearly as vibrant and life like as they look on the internet. I ordered two for my husband, over a month ago, he was excited to see them arrived, wore one once then hide them in the bottom of his drawer where he hides my bad purchases. Honestly what a let down, I hate wasting money on junk.

I bought a t-shirt with a dog face based on the picture on the website. When the t-shirt arrived, I was very unhappy with the quality of the fabric. It seemed like the poorest quality fabric that should be priced at five dollars. The print was ok, but not as good as the company showed it on its website. I will not buy from this company EVER again.

I ordered 3 shirts on Dec. 8th as Christmas presents. 1 came in 2 weeks. One other shirt came from the Ukraine, about a week AFTER Christmas. The last shirt NEVER came. I tried writing and the only response I got was it is being processed. I have since asked for a refund for the shirt I never received. This was about a $30 shirt. It has been a week since I asked for a refund. They tell me that a notice was sent to their Financial Department. That was a week ago. Still NOTHING.
As a word to the wise, please read the reviews of companies that you order from online. This is advice I didn't take, and now I'm paying for it.

I placed an order on Dec 10 for a Christmas gift. They charged my credit card but I heard nothing more from them for a month when it was shipped. I had already canceled the order. They did not respond to emails or answer their phones regarding the order. The quality is just mediocre. Do not deal with this company.

Order placed November 15th. Item listed as "Ships in 1-4 days." 7 days later told "Still processing." But they took my money, just didn't ship anything. November 30th Customer Service said they'd "look into and get back to me shortly." December 1st, with no response, demanded a refund. As quickly as they processed that, it's obvious what they spend most of their effort doing: coughing up money for unfilled orders.

EDIT: No wonder, they're a true scam. Go to The Mountain or Liquid Blue, the actual makers of the shirts Clothing Monster sells- lower prices, better service, and no bovine excrement.

We ordered and paid for a quick delivery (2-3 weeks) as it was a birthday present. When it didn't arrive we contacted them and they gave us tracking numbers that told us nothing. We kept chasing them simply asking where the shirt was and then after 6 weeks they refunded our money with no response. Would never buy anything off them again

I ordered three tee shirts for Christmas on December 3rd. Three weeks later I had to write the. To find out the status of my order. Only then did they tell me it was in processing. Then I asked if it would be here by Christmas. I finally got a tracking number that said December 28th. I had to sign up with USPS to track it as the company was not helpful. And then when the order arrived one of the three shirts was missing. And the other two look nothing like the website photos in terms of image quality. When I wrote to ask where was the third shirt, I was only then told it was still being "processed." Terrible business practices and disregard for the customer and mediocre quality shirt with image nothing close to that on the website. Stay away from this company.

Your money is taken immediately then wait 7 weeks for delivery.
Poor contact throughout. If I didn't chase them on 4 occasions I still wouldn't have my goods.
Avoid if you can.

Just received a shirt and have to say my girlfriend is excited about it. Look amazing and fits perefect. But on the other hand it took for 10 days to get here. They should improve their delivery rate.

I orderd two shirts at different dates, I did receive the later one, but have never received the othervone, I sent dozens of e mails, regarding it, but still no shirt, and now they are ignoring me, so looks like I wonr be getting it

Another " clothing " company that you'll have a terrible experience with. Chinese junk. Out of 4 shirts, none fit. Don't believe one 5 star review, it was put there by this Co.

I ordered two sweaters and they said 5-10 shipping days due to Covid-19. I contacted them 10 times and they provided me with a shipping tracking number but it says that USPS is still waiting on the item after 40 days. I have requested a refund multiple times and they simply reply item is shipping soon and has been delayed due to Covid-19. Please don't order from these people.
