I should have done my research as well as others on this site. I placed my order on this site for a swimsuit that I will need on my vacation to NY, my order was placed on 7/4/17 and tonight 7/6/17 I am reading all the reviews on this company and already known that I will not get my money nor my product ($27.79 US) This is so sad that this company and others would scam someone and we can not get their site blocked or something, to keep them from doing another the way they have done US. smh :(
I was so excited to order items for a wedding in August, placed order in July, they took my money and has not answered any emails or tickets. I should have done my research first. I've ordered items from China numerous times and I've never been straight ignored like this. This site needs to be shut down and we deserve our money back. STAY AWAY!
My story is the same as everyone else's. I ordered over a month ago and my order was processed right away. I received a friendly confirmation email. However, my items have not arrived. I have sent "tickets" to customer service and emailed them as well, but have received no responses. I am out $45. It's frustrating that there are so many scammers out there and we cannot trust that websites are legitimate. I guess I assumed that since the transaction happen through PayPal that it was safe. I assumed wrong.
THEY ARE FAKE this Clothescheap thing they are a scam, I ordered waaay back in April and NOTHING. I made inquiries by way of text emails phone calls multiple call and NADA! With soo many bad reviews how does our government allow such a business to exist to do business with us.
This is not a legit website or clothing co. They took my money the day of the order, never received any items, wouldn't respond to emails. My credit card co. Will go after them, and I hope they're caught. Notice there are no reviews on any of their items. That should've been a red flag!
Bull$#*! foreign company not sending merchandise despite receiving payment. International law covers this issue. Hire an attorney and sue these m'fers.
I never received my item's orded. Never received a tracking number. But they charged my PayPal account. After I put in a claim I finally got an email from them saying my order was delayed and they were going to throw in a few extra item's. That was over 35 days ago now I have no item's and am out 75 dollars
I keep seeing from the reviews of this online company that people received their merchandise quickly however this has not been the case for me the site says that express shipping is 4-7 days but is has already been 2 weeks and still no delivery and when i tried tracking the package every one said it could not be found and though through my investigations so far it appears to be legit I am starting to get skeptical... I am giving them the benefit of the doubt so when i receive my package i will then post another review because i know coming out of country takes a bit longer but I ordered in what i felt was time enough for my event i just hope it was... anxious the product I ordered was gorgeous according to the pics but I am worried about the delivery and whether or not i just lost 120$ hmmmmm...

Call PayPal and File a dispute if you have not received your Items. This company is a Scam and they charge you for Express shipping and still will take over a month to ship your products. I ORDERED A PURSE A BODY SUIT AND SWIMSUIT WHICH CAME UP TO $40. I ORDERED JULY 19TH. I LET A WEEK GO BY I EMAILED THE COMPANY NO RESPONSE. CALLED AND NUMBER DID NOT WORK. I HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL AND WON. I AM JUST WAITING FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. Bought my wife some clothes from CheapClothes.com. Yeah, I knew they'd be cheap quality, but they were "fun clothes" so it didn't matter. Two days later our bank account it overdrawn. Low and behold, they hacked my paypal, and used it to buy $750 in gift cards from another website. PayPal was great and we got refunded fairly quickly. But now I'm online and seeing that almost no one who ever orders fro them gets their items. I won't be holding my breath. I'm sure I'll be back disputing the charges with paypal for no clothes next month. I truly recommend you buy from somewhere else. Even if it's a few dollars more. Amazon comes to mind. Free shipping makes up for higher prices. Booooo fake chinese company. Boooo

Never received my order, I wasn't given a tracking number, they will not respond to my e-mail or paypal. I would stay away from this company all together would give them a zero for reviews if I could!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you order in a timely manner because the clothes do take some time to ship. Obviously due to the fact that their coming from China.
I made an order with this company on 8/22/17 and till this day I haven't got anything yet, I even paid express delivery for 2-3 business days. With reviews looks like it's a total scam, so sad so desapointed
I bought something from them back in April 2017 and never received my clothes. When I reached out to them I keep getting told that my clothes are on back order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I am also going to make sure to let PAYPAL know that they are not to accept payments for these guys. PAYPAL is a trusted company and they ought to know these people are scamming US customers. I never got the item or the tracking number I paid for.
It's been over a month & I have not received the merchandise I ordered! They gave me a fake tracking number! The customer service dept. have not called me back! I think it'it's a fake company ripping people off!
