I called the BBB and they have 5 different companies with The same address and telephone number. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute. There address is listed in Santa Ana, Ca please call the BBB if you do not Believe this posting.

I paid for a clock they listed on they website, it said 3-5 days shipping, but they never ship out, they said will call back or email tracking number, but no return calls, no email back, DON'T BUY from this guy, He said his name James, I am file a dispute.
clocksmall.com is defiantly a scam!
I purchased a clock from clocksmall.com for $140.00. The promises were 15% off, and shipping in 48 hours. The full amount (without promotional 15% off) was removed from my account the same day. So far 30 days have gone by. There has been no change in my purchase status, when using clocksmall.com track your order button. I have sent them numerous emails with no response. Nobody answers the phone at the number on the website. To make things worse, this was going to be a Christmas present. I have reported clocksmall.com to the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. My bank is tiring to resolve the purchase, but they have not been unable to contact clocksmall.com either. My suggestion would be to never purchase anything from clocksmall.com. And, always check the company using several of the scam search websites before making an online purchase.
Exact as other people experienced, no product received and no responses from the company no matter you called and/or sent emails, terrible! I called my credit card company and made a dispute on the charge.
I ordered and paid for a clock. I never received the clock. Contact with company is almost impossible. I was told item was shipped but was never received.
