“Climber.com got me interviews.”

Once I took the first step to set-up my Career Profile information, I started to see great results for the higher paying jobs in my job search. The service was no risk with their 30 day trial period w/ a 30 money back guarantee. Their Customer Service Department was very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. $39 Membership is a great value. If your looking for Interviews, Climber.com is for you. Sincerely, Michael Riches

Can't give negative points for the waste of my time and money. Don't trust their 1-month free period! You can try to cancel - it just doesn't go through. So waste your money for the next year with their automatic, uncancelled, charges! The bank helped me to get already some refunds. Still working on more of them! Their website and phone recordings have false and misleading information & their phone numbers don't work (input >/dev/null) - what else do you need to know?

Please look at there reviews and comments from other clients. I mentioned to the agent IAN that I wanted to research there company, he was so defensive and rude. WOW! I knew something was fishy. I'm so lucky I saw there reviews and hung up.
I tried calling the company back to share my horrible experience, but nobody is there. What a scam, run or hang up immediately. I cant believe anybody would be so stupide to hire this company!

This is a scam they got my 99 bucks and when I asked for a refund they won't talk to me anymore. Buyer beware I recommend saving your money and using a reputable resume service... I just had a resume done by a reputable writer and they told me how bad it was lol. Theses people are worse than child molesters and used car salesmen

Wow... what started as a great call, ended so unprofessionally and abruptly. Mike, the CEO, became increasingly defensive and aggressive when I said I wouldn't commit to anything that had a cost until I looked more into Climber. He proceeded to end the call by calling me a "piece of sh*t." Run... run far away from this company. I don't care if they even did place countless people in positions - I'd never want to be associated with someone who conducts their business like that.

I received a call from one of the reps and I promised a call back. So, I called back there was a hard push to get to me on the books and a trial. And when I said, "Let me weigh in my options" The guy got pushy and kept asking questions in a very rude manner and said to me: "You are no potential client, stop wasting my time" and click. Head up, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! This guy was very desperate for money. Mark@ Climber, be careful with your co workers or employees over there.

Eon from Climber *******319) called me. After listening to his pitch and going through it in some detail, I advised him that I would think about it and call him back. I really wanted to do some investigation of this company before giving them any of my money. He refused to accept my request for his callback number. Instead, he hung up on me saying, "Stop wasting my time." Unfortunately, this sales rep is a reflection of the company. I was sincerely interested in joining, but after this exchange, I am no longer interested. Too bad.

I have no record of asking for any services from this company. Their website indicates I have no account registered with this company. I do not know how they obtained my banking information where they charged me 39.99 for unknown services. I have twice emailed them and twice called them on the phone, leaving messages without any response. It has all of the makings of an Internet fraud. Luckily my bank reversed the charge. BEWARE!

Ian called me to tell me about Climber.com's services. It all sounded decent, but I didn't want to sign up right then. He was determined to get me signed up. When I refused, he said, "quit wasting my time!" And he hung up on me.

This is a scam. Impossible to access once they have oversold their services.
Buyer beware!
After a week of constant emails and deflection to numbers for cancellation, you best call your payment choice CC company and enter into a dispute to recover funds. % 500 dollar purchase for the rewrite was told now required $ 649 rewrite to truly acquire the desired effect to SPEAK to a specialist. Do your self a favor use proven resume professional perhaps pay morel. Do look at Climber reviews I wish I had

Do NOT interact with climber.com in any way!
They will spam the hell out of you with tons of emails until you sign up...

Then you will NEVER hear from them again.

After trying to cancel the "free" membership they had charged me $80 for, I ended up needing to cancel my card to prevent them from doing more damage.

Do NOT even exchange an email with them = VERY DANGEROUS

He said "Ok well, Stop wasting my time" and hung up.

Got sold on the sales pitch. Site is a scam and wont refund my payment. Had to get a new bank card. If any one at climber.com reads this they can rectify the situation by giving Craig Ginsberg a refund.

I am in the job market. I was getting emails from Climber, which were not specific for my field. I received a phone call from "Ian" at climber. The call seemed like a sales pitch but that was to be expected. However, I wanted to think about it and not commit to $39 a month or $99 for 3 months until I did a little more research on the company. That's when the sales pitch got more aggressive. I simply stated that I wasn't going to commit now and that I would do my homework and decide. After having to say this 3 or 4 times, "Ian" said something about wasting his time and hung up on me.

ITS A FRAUD! Climber.com meet all of the essentials elements to prove they are fraudulent. Misrepresentation, Impracticability, supervening illegality, impossibility, promise induced by detrimental reliance, possess legal incapacity deceived during the transaction and inability to perform. They bate recent graduates from colleges by indicating they are employment service. Yet they do nothing but bate you to buy there resume service on a NOTHING claim.

I received a call from Ean today. He tried to pressure me into subscribing to Climber's service. I explained to him that I was waiting for feedback from two companies I recently interviewed with, and that I would not subscribe to Climber's service until I received responses from both companies I had already interviewed with. He ignored my response and pressed harder and harder. After I told him no for the third time, he said "Well F___ you then!" and hung up the phone. He was very unprofessional and appeared to be no more than a fast-talking scammer. Stay away from this company!

I signed up for a resume rewrite by a Climber expert writer in February. Since then it has been impossible to speak with an actual human being. I have left voice messages that were never returned. Their website is also very confusing. There is a resume that looks like it was very lightly edited, but not a powerhouse resume re-write. Stay away and use you money elsewhere.

I received a phone call from a Climber representative, they pull your data from Their site when you submit your resume for review. At the beginning he seemed to be interested and willing to help, until they ask me to give him my credit card info to register in the website, which I did not agreed, instead we agreed he will text me and I will respond to his text confirming that I have registered. So that he can call me back and guide me through the process of improving my resume.
I did registered the same day in the evening and then sent him a text to confirm, he replied back agreeing to call me the next day. 10 days after no one has called me. So this was a waste of time, I did sent an email to their customer service, I hope they honor their 30 days Money back guarantee policy since no one has even emailed me for a job and neither them called me for support.

Climber.com is one of the most deceptive and shady resume companies I have ever dealt with. I sent them all of my information and my current rems and it cam back almost looking the same. I emailed them and complained and ask for my money back and they told me it is non-refundable.
I have been part of there monthly subscription service for 6 months and did not get one contact from a recruiter or any companies looking for people with my skill set. I am really not sure what they do - other then rip people off by providing poor quality resume writing and there subscription services is also a rip off. So I have spent about $750 with them and virtually have got nothing beneficial from there company. I say turn and run if you come across them online.

Everything is a loss at this point with Climber.com. They took $400 to write a professional resume for me three weeks ago and I still have no product to show for it. Instead, I continue to receive requests for more and more information on achievements and possible jobs that I am seeking to apply to. In essence, they are trying to get you to write the resume for them.

My suggestion to all of you is to find a free resume writer application on line, I am getting plenty of requests for interviews from the one I used.

Company kept calling with a resume review, called several times to get removed from this list. One guy had the nerve to say "but you called us" - yeah - to get off your list! Last guy who answered said "but did you read it" and "that's not fair" when i once again stated i wanted to be removed once and for all from their database. Their number has been blocked but they are like a whack-a-mole. Awful, unprofessional company

The service is terrible if you need help the website provides one number that is useful only if you don't desire to cancel, you have to find the actual customer service number if you want to cancel.

Despite a monthly fee, if cancel they keep your money. Customers that have a monthly plan should be refunded when they cancel services. Even membership organizations refund the balance on a customer's account. Most assistance is additional. Someone should contact customers first to get an idea of what they are looking for, rather than just reviewing a resume.

This was a complete waste of money.

I was receiving almost daily emails and I was on the fence... I received a phone call and he was nice and professional at first... and as I hesitated and "Googled" as I was speaking to him, he got more pushy and then nasty and finally yelled at me that I was wasting HIS time... HE called me! He hung up on me. I was simply stating my reservations and never lost my cool, but his true colors came exploding out and now I would NEVER consider or recommend. A company like this should be able to sell themselves solely on its accomplishments. No real information was shared... they really had NO clue as to my abilities... yet for $99 for 3 months they could land me a $60k job. Maybe they could, but I have no interest in working with a company that uses such tactics to score sales.
