The employee was very prompt and gave me all the information I needed.
He came back in 2 days to do additional work. I needed to have a seal placed on the bottom of the garage door.

Have a garage door that I hadn't had serviced in over 15 yrs.! Your technician Will showed up on time and promptly got to work diagnosing the issues that I was having. After presenting me with different options as well as his recommendations, he replaced the worn-out, cheaper grade, original parts with brand new upgraded parts, giving my garage door a fresh, professional overhaul. He was neat, professional and very meticulous about his work and got a big job done in just over an hour!

Called yesterday afternoon. Fixed this morning! Very helpful scheduler, who reviewed previous work completed with me and applied a service call fee discount. Bill arrived first thing this morning after calling to let me know his ETA. Punctual and professional garage door repair. Replaced ten rollers, two coil springs, center bearing plate, 16'10" shaft, lubed and calibrated.

Great! My garage door stopped working. I called a couple of companies for a repair appointment.
Precision offered the quickest appointment. The repairman came on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of cost and repair time, completed the job neatly, and tolerated my 8 yr old son's presence! This is completely opposite of the experience I had with a competitor a couple of years ago when the garage door was replaced!

Spring went on garage door Saturday morning 7:30 a.m.. Called and Zoran arrived within a couple hours. Garage door needed some serious TLC. Many parts were worn out. Zoran did a fantastic job. Thank you Bill and James for the speedy installation of our new garage door opener. Both were polite, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They replaced one opener for us and adjusted the sensors on the other. Bill and James programmed the openers and keypad and showed me how to use everything. While I don't look forward to having to replace our second door's opener, I am glad to know Precision Door offers such wonderful service (and quick and easy scheduling).

The spring broke on the garage door the night before. I called them in the morning after doing a quick search. They said they would be there between 10 and noon. They were there by 10:30 and done by 11:30.

Once again Precision offered honest, wonderful service. We have had them repair our doors, and install new motors. This time, unfortunately for us, the only solution would be new doors. Our old doors are rusting and the wood is rotting. We are not in a position at this time to replace the doors, but when we are we will certainly call Precision.

Zoran was great and very knowledgeable! Everyone I talked to on the phone was great, as well! Zoran was very patient while discussing my options for my new opener. I give him and the Precision Door team my full recommendation!

Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired.
The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them. Great job from beginning to the end, Fast and great service.
