I made a booking on the 19th 9 pm for my father, who is 87 years old and in a wheelchair. Clear air was not willing to change the flight by one day after 2 hours of booking even after the airlines were willing to cooperate. The customer service will not be in line with the website. The website showed no charge to change flight ticket while customer service asked for 10,000 inr. I spoke with two customer service members, Ankit and Khusboo and they were both not willing to help.
I booked a ticket DXB to HYD which has canceled by airline. Iam trying to reach customer care but I couldn't.
There is no proper customer service or contact number in Dubai that I can change my DATE OR FLIGHT.

I booked a flight through flexifly. It is the first time I am using flexifly to reschedule flight. I had to pay Rs. 4400 additionally. However they promised me 3550 refund after ticket is done which itself is not completely fine (why should I pay 850 extra even when new flight fares are lower than previous one).
Then I received a link from godigit to give them my ifsc code and acc number. No explanation for what purpose (I assume for processing refund). When I call customer care for queries, no one is available and call drops automatically. Why should I provide bank details, it could easily be a fraud.
Tip for consumers:
they don't show but when you try to redeem the flexifly plan, the condition is that you can use it only 10 days earlier than and 60 days after the scheduled departure date of original flight

I thought cleartrip is good online travel agency for the customer. But its not a good travel agency. They are not supportive to their customers regarding refund. I booked the ticket by this agency, due to covid-19 the flights were got cancelled. I requested for refund but from last 4 months iam following it up there is no positive reply.
Requested my ticket cancellation during the first week of September, due to the airlines (Jet Airways) change of flight time and multiple stops. My Cleartrip ID was *******2058, until today, 8 weeks later, I still got the same answer from Cleartrip personnel that Jet Airways has not yet processed by refund.
Not sure at all if it would be coming, if you are considering buying the ticket them, please think twice.
Did 2 business class tickets through cleartrip, airlines cancelled the return journey. Had to purchase new ticket for return. Cleartrip not working on refund for cancelled ticket. Cleartrip sending a mail to us saying talk to airlines for refund. Pathetic company, worst experience never work with them.
Please don't book from this website they will not refund you goair flight cancelled and when I called go Air they are saying we have refunded to the Cleartrip site and Cleartrip not responding... Cleartrip is a scam. Guys it's a warning please don't book the tickets

My trip I'd is **************. I have booked a ticket with cleartrip on 2nd march 2020 from dubai to Bangladesh return. Because of Covid pandemic I wasn6able to fly so cleartrip decided to refund the amount back to my account. But it's more then 8 months I am waiting for my refund. On 2t th March 2021 I receive a email from cleartrip that they have processed my refund and it will be credited in 6 days. But they didn't. Then I ask again then they send me a link to upload my bank details for refund I had sent that also. But still I disnt recieve my money back. I mean really this the way that you are treating your regular customers.
