The link to complete information for purchase of "trial" samples instantly submits before you can confirm it. Just learned that the trial period (14 days) begins from date of order, not shipping nor delivery date; products arrive after 10 or more days (in my case a holiday delayed arrival); inadequate time to sample; was charged for "insurance" on the delivery which I did not opt for ($1.99 insurance on a $3.99 package?). When I called to ask them to remove the insurance charge, they volunteered to extend my trial period. Now I've called to cancel (within the extended time period) -- after reviewing the ingredients of these supplements, I determined they are unsafe for me -- now, they claim that my extended deadline was not what I'm telling them, they can't find a recorded version of my call with them (well, at first they couldn't, then later they say they found it but I'm wrong). Bottom line, I have been charged the full amount and I have to return the bottles to them (more cost to me) before they will issue a refund. I have not used any of the product and feel they are clearly misrepresenting this product and scamming people with the "trial" deadlines. Other reviewers of this company are in the same position. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
