Claim Your BusinessI was pleased to learn that they didn't have a replacement foot pedal for my sons TT1600 so they took one off a new bike and shipped it to us along with a couple of other parts they had in stock. That's customer service folks! Any of these electric bikes are useless if you can't get replacement parts (especially with a son who tends to break things on occasion) so hats off to Burromax for going out of their way. Much appreciated.

Web site was easy to use and navigate. Payment process was easy to follow and worked well, as it should. All I can recommend is that to have more detailed specifications of your product. Ie. For the pump, maximum pressure it can inflate to, material that it's made from and scale of pressure meter. Also to state best suited to low pressure high volume mountain bikes or suitable for high pressure road bike tyres.
Cyclingdeal offered the product I was after at a very reasonable price, and I could buy it online and have it delivered. Easy.
Very quick turnaround, I place my order on a Wednesday evening and the part was delivered on Friday morning.

I generally never write a review... I'm in my 60's and had some reservations about purchasing a bike on line, sight unseen and at a price far below the purchase price at other retailers. After several days of internet searching for the bike and price, I settled on Bike Island. I sent Jeff an email one evening with lots of questions and concerns and I had a reply the next day.
The bike arrived on schedule 5 days later boxed wrapped like a brand new bike. I had a couple of gear heads help me set up the bike and we all were hard pressed to find any scratches or anything wrong with the bike.
I am 100% satisfied with the purchase and the follow up customer service. I would highly recommend Bike Island to all that are considering purchasing a bike online. The people in the company live up to their philosophy which should also include superior customer service and satisfaction.
I placed an order and decided to cancel once I realized my order would not ship for 4-5 months. After seven days and several emails FLX did eventually respond to my request, and they cancelled my order and gave me a full refund. FYI you cannot contact FLX by phone. Their toll-free number has a voice greeting that prompts you to send in an email to create a ticket.
