The service overall was great,
It would be well advised to select purchase and discontinue any further emails as this complicates the actual order and delivery process receiving emails trying to resell the same thing I had already purchased was confusing and unnecessary. Not receiving the exact shipment date and process and progress of the shipment was concerning for a while. So there is some needed improvement in all this gray area, However everything worked out just fine I did have to resize my ring but it was just not worth it to me to have to send it back or haggle with delivery times again.
