At first I could not understand what the app was for and thought it was a bit expensive for a health membership. But I finally decided to give it a try and opted for the free trial. The one week was so fun, it let me try almost all the fitness studios in my neighborhood. I am one who likes new adventures in my fitness journey. I instantly loved it. It's been 3 months and I am still loving the app and have tried almost 10+ studios. Each one was unique and exciting. We'll done, ClassPass
If you fall sick outside of the cancellation window, not only can you not cancel, but your card on file also will be charged an additional amount of money for not canceling. In the middle of flu season and an ongoing pandemic, this doesn't make sense. You're advised not to show up if you feel ill but also don't have the ability to cancel when this occurs. This is a stupid business model and the classes aren't worth this hassle.

Got lots of saving using my classpass monthly subscription, though squeezing time to sneak and use the credits, but gets superb service everytime from all the establishments I go to. Thank you classpass.
At first I was frustrated trying to contact someone from ClassPass. I tried to contact a customer service personnel about my membership, and while I initially had difficulty reaching someone over email, I received immediate answers from 2 different sources who were both very helpful went I went through the chat on the app itself. They went the extra mile for me, and I am very appreciative. I really enjoyed the Broadway Bodies class I took through ClassPass. New members should know that once you sign on, you will be charged automatically. If you know this, you're in good shape! Don't knock it til you try it!
I recently lost a family member, and I was devastated and didn't go out. After things settled a bit, I realized that I didn't use my classpass classes for my previous cycle. I really needed the endorphins, so I shot an email to classpass asking if they could, as a one-time courtesy, rollover my previously unused classes (and there were quite a few of them). I didn't think Classpass would do it. Honestly, I was just waiting to say, "You guys are jerks, please cancel my subscription." But they did it! They rolled over my unused classes! I was shocked. And frankly, a little moved. I was going to cancel my subscription, but they just earned a loyal customer.
I love classpass, a bit expensive but you can really get your moneys worth if you sign up for expensive classes. The rules of it with the cancellation policy for classes are straight forward and it actually helps me be motivated to go to a class that Id otherwise cancel or skip out on. I love the variation of classes. I usually stick to Pilates, spin, yoga and barre but there are allot more out there and different types. The caliber of classes and studios that you go to with this are much better than a regular gym and cheaper than memberships to the studios.
I'm happy to update this review. Thankfully, Classpass has turned out to be just what the fitness omnivore was hoping for when Fitmob first came on the scene. The site runs as a website should, navigation is fine and the number of participating studios has expanded so that few classes are filled. Gym time, yes that would be time at a gym to use their equipment, is severely reduced, but the gains in classes outweighs it for those who want group class access to a variety of strength, yoga, Pilates, martial arts and barre studios. Enjoy!
Failing diet and fitness plans was always how I spent my jan/feb of every year. This is the first time I have ever stuck with a fitness plan because it is so much fun to keep trying new classes.
Fitmob is the brainchild of people who clearly understand why people don't join gyms. You don't want to be committed to one location. Fitmob solves this perfectly.
I never was able to attend the classes at 24 due to timing conflicts. Classpass is perfect as there are so many option you can always get a class.
I get bored after about a month of a specific class and then I stop going to the gym. With classpass, I can keep trying out new types of fitness classes.
I think fitmob is only for the bay area. It is going to spread to the rest of the country. You get to work out anywhere, which is good for people who are never in the same place during the week.
The best fitness studios, classes, and experiences are on ClassPass. Work out where you want, when you want, and how you want, all with one membership.
