Nails are very bad and do not stick. Total fail and rip off for 15$. Dont recommend at all!

We took our 3 year old to get her ears pierced to Claire's bc she begged us to. Everything was going fine until the teenager piercing went to pierce the first ear and didn't do something right. She ended up pinching my daughters ear with it and no earring went in. My daughter was screaming and saying "no,no,no!" So I said "we can't do this, she doesn't want to now." The teenager told me she already opened the earrings so I'd have to pay?!?! My husband told her it was because she messed up that our daughter didn't want it now. Eventually she said she'd write the earrings off but I will never go back.

I was excited to take (3) of my Granddaughters to get their ears pierced at Claire's in November and they were patiently awaiting their coupons for free earrings. We have never received any coupons and they claim they have no record of the piercings even though we had to complete a waiver for each girl. I'm now being told by customer service that because I paid in one transaction/one receipt that only one of the girls will be eligible for the free earrings.
This sure would have been nice to know when the store happily collected $240 from me.
False advertisement at its WORST!

I was accused of shoplifting a perfume while on a band trip. This was at Auburn Mall. Never going again

They can pierce ears but according to the clerk, they can't put in earrings you just bought there. Also no returns, including unopened with receipt. This was all blamed on state laws that do not exist. Several other places offered to help me put those earrings in and I didn't even buy them at their store. I'll never be back.
PS getting another set of piercings in my ears...across the mall, never in Claire's again.

I visited the Claire's store in Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso TX and the cashier was extreamly rude. I was there with my 3 girls mind you one is a toddler and she was rushing me the entire time I was trying to check out. The kids had received money for Christmas so I asked her to remove some items as they were past the budget and the cashier was annoyed and bothered. Other than the extremely high prices and the horrible customer service enough for me to not ever go back.

So my daughter went to have her ears pierced for the first time. She's 9. You can tell they are uneven! And I know for a fact that you guys do not train them properly. But yet you have them tell people that they know what they are doing! You really might want to get it together and train your employees right, especially when they are piercing people! I know you can afford it with all the overpriced merchandise not to mention the price of piercing and the jewelry! The only reason we took her to your store is because she likes your store and I thought well maybe they got their act together with ear piercing...NOPE I was so wrong! We won't make that mistake ever again!

I placed an in-store pick-up order and it was canceled due to "unavailability", but, yet, despite several requests, they won't return the $10 reward I used on this order. Customer service is useless and inept. Won't be shopping here again.

Claire's is a horrible place. They pierced my ear and they did it so bad that one it got infected and two it's at an angle. Now it hurts so bad to put an earring in my ear. I said just no one ever goes to Claire's ever again it's a bad place. It happened to the same thing to my mom my sister my grandma and my cousins. NEVER GO TO CLAIR'S!

I got my first piercing in August and I have cleaned them two times a day every single day with their cleaning solution. It is December now and despite how often I clean them or what solution I use they have been infected since September.

I was in Claire's at the Plymouth Meeting Mall this evening between 6-6:15 March 15,2024. I went into the store. The, for lack of a better word, woman was less that cordial. I sensed attitude from the door. I was looking at hair accessories and 3 very young girls came in and, as young people do, asked a question about ear piercing. The person running the store said "FIRST, WE'RE GOING TO START WITH A HELLO. THERE'S A CHART THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT 'OVER THERE' AND THEN IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION I CAN ANSWER IT". Now my ears are wide open. After checking the" chart", one of the girls asked how much a piercing was for the "pearl one". The woman said emphatically "EIGHTY DOLLARS". Before I knew it, I looked up and the kids were gone. She scared them away. An adult lady comes in with questions and I could not contain myself when she was being rude to her as well. I walked over and said "why are you being so rude. You ran those kids out of her and now you're still being rude. You have no business working here treating people that way. She tried to argue with me but backed that 'A' up and treated her like she was treating the customers. Told her she should be ashamed of herself and that I would contact corporate. She told me that she didn't care. Then she said. "You have one of our hair accessories in your hair. You can't do that." I said "And you can't talk to people that way" The other later that she was rude to had left the store and was standing outside when I came out. She said that she could not believe what had happened. She said that she was going to report it as well. This girl should be fired immediately. Who knows the number of people she's treated that way. Those little girls probably went out crying from humiliation. Children are sensitive to bullying. If I go to that store and see that woman still working there, I will have absolutely no dealings with Claire's. I've already told my friends about it. She 'thought' she was going to bully me when I interceded. Bully's will stand down when they come across a bigger bully than them. I worked in Customer Service for YEARS. That behavior is intolerable and unacceptable to say the lease. Get her out so that she doesn't hurt any other childrens or customers feelings.

Too overpriced and not good quality, same stuff can be ordered by Temu or AliExpress for CHF1. Also no signs about the return policy! Only after you buy something the cashier informs the return policy is on the receipt. Staff also unfriendly. Will never return

Every time i went there there would be a worker who would cuss at us, kick us out or make us put our bags down. We did not do anything but look around and talk about how cute some of the products were.

Claire's is by far the worst place to shop. They have no clue. Katie from Woodbury commons checked my bag there was nothing stolen. But how embarrassing in a store filled of people. She said her cameras caught me

Never buy earrings from this place. I bought three pairs of earrings from Clairs. The first and the second were okay, but the third one covered one of my ears in blood and both of my ears had to get repierced.

I went to Claire's stores in fashion Valley to get one ear pierced. Andrea said I would have to pay for a pair of earrings I wanted to just get one earring to do the piercing but she told me that I would have to buy a pair and my option $60 for sterilized post for $70 for 14 karat gold post so I agreed to buy the gold post earrings for $70 she never told me or give me an option to buy a single earring.
Today when I went back to the store and decided to use the other earring to get my other ear pierced, she told me they cannot use that anymore. I would have to buy a single earring to get that done, she never gave me that option when I came in to buy one earing to pierce my left ear.That's is a scam and they did nothing to fix their mistakes. They are cheaters.
I had chosen sapphire with gold post earrings but she uses the crystal with gold earrings instead of the one I picked and told me I chose that. She lied to me.
She said the post was 14 karat gold, but my last year is infected which mean it's not 14 karat gold
It has to be fake, gold airing don't cost infection. I clean it with a solution twice a day.
They are cheating their customers and giving them false information. Post my complain to Google and Bbb also.

We went to get an ear piercing and the lady working today had to do it 4 times because she did not do it even. My ear is now infected and won't stop bleeding. Unbelievable

Save your money, I've been basically robbed. My goods had never arrived and the costumer service ignores me. I paid £70 to send a present in Spain, No delivery No help.

Please avoid this store, after visiting yesterday, we have to visit hospital as well. Its look like, they don't want what they are doing. Store located on 523 Fulton Street, *******. Nobody call us even to ask how we are doing?

Ok, the store is way overpriced for it to be a kid's store little, things are like $20, and some little bags are $40 $50 my thing is why are there so many things in that store, and two people at the store they have no customers and like I said to me it is a kids store why is it so overpriced I was just there and I saw this little old bag for $50 the bag I was going to get is down at the bottom and that's all I have to say. Don't shop at claire's ever!.

This store at Southgate mall In Missoula Montana is a neat clean store but they are rude to me and others. They sit on their phones and ignore customers.
I don't like the way the miss lead me with the buy 3 get 3 no one told me how it works and when I asked she wa rude. I won't shop at this store again.

Hi I am 12 and I got my ear pierced in the one in Burlington in the mall in the so they pierced my first year fine right they pierced my second ear. The whole ear girl got stuck in my ear and they had to take out some pliers and they told my mom everything's gonna be OK and then they were like I'm gonna write a report to my manager about this and then they took out so many different players cannot get out then they were like oh if they can't get it on the next try you have to go to the ER, so then my mom was like oh my God I'm not waiting in the ER for four hours waiting for this thing to get out and it's so much money then they finally got it out and then she well. My mom was like I would like to talk to the manager and then she was like I am the manager first of all you said that you were going to tell your manager about this second of all you are the manager or are you lying never go to Claire's again

I took my daughter to Boston Washington St location to get her ears pierced, Amanda helped us, after she finished piercing one ear was very up and the other ear was down very noticeable differences. I called, they advised us to take the up earring out and let it shot, they'll redo it again when they re-pierced it again second time they did it very low and the first pieced became up, very disappointing service. I will never suggest anyone to go there and get their ears pierce
