This was my first tome ordering from cityticketsonline. My representative was Joe. He did an amazing job explaining my ticket purchases. He is a real asset to the team.
Please don't buy tickets from these thieves! Always buy directly from the event organizers. My event was cancelled (or as they call it postponed INDEFINITELY) and they don't want to give me my $300 back. The venue was giving money back to everyone, on the spot, at the time when the event was supposed to happen, but since I purchased my tickets from these thieves, I can't get my money back. If the organizer is returning money, I don't understand why they can't return (please don't say policy as you know this is bull$#*!). INDEFINITELY can be in 5 years when I will not be able to attend. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!

When ordering via phone, ask for Joe where possible.
