Thank you for your review Jan B. Our US site just launched a few months ago. This is our US website and it will not have a French language option. CitizenCashmere.Fr is currently under construction. We are French, we live in France, and we design all our knitwear in Paris.
Everything about Citizen Cashmere is about transparency, so after seeing your review, we just added the office details for our Paris office and Hong Kong office in our Contact Us section along with the phone numbers. We are also open about the fact that we ship out of Hong Kong; However, within the US many orders will be fulfilled by Amazon.Com.
We are building something magical. Inspired by Green Peace's "Dirty Laundry" Campaign, we are producing a sweater that is totally toxic free. We own our own goatherd in Mongolia and our cashmere is hand combed. Along with fashionable parisian style---our cashmere is world class.
