Purchased tickets in April to Fleetwood Mac concert at the 02. Not received the tickets, and only a few days to go. Tried to phone, but no answer, nor to our emails. Think it's a scam, looking at other reviews. Phoned o2 and they were helpful, but said they did not know of Circle tickets. Everyone that is let down should report to the " Action Fraud" web site that is run & monitored by the police. Look it up on the web. If enough complain then they will react and investigate.

Everyone that is let down should report to the " Action Fraud" web site that is run & monitored by the police. Look it up on the web. If enough complain then they will react and investigate.

I haven't received my neil diamond concert tickets and the event is on Saturday, why does the support email have a constant failure response? FRAUD! Don't get scammed by these people, reported to trading standards... I hope they catch them.

Well done Circle tickets, my 6 and 9 year old daughters are in tears at not going to see Taylor Swift this Saturday. Will be checking out Directors at Companies House, I do hope this hasn't happened before.

Ordered AC/DC tickets in January the gig us next week 28/06 no tickets no answers to phone calls or emails. Going to have to get credit card involved. Glasgow and London addresses are bogus, and virtual they dont exist! Totally scunnered utter b######s to do this and get away with it. AVOID AT ALL COST from now on if I can't get tickets from the box office or ticketmaster I won't be going to a gig!

I was promised a refund a week ago, told it would take up to 72 hours. Now my bank can't find any pending transaction, and Barclays claim they are NOT "Official Payment Partners" as displayed on the CircleTickets website. Barclays internet security are now investigating this claim by CircleTickets.

My own bank searched their business and found nothing legitimate and are treating the transaction as a fraudulent one rather than a disputed one. The bank have assured me I'll recover my money but it will take time.

No calls ever answered, no emails responded to since telling me I'd be refunded, and their offices are 'virtual offices' in London and Glasgow.

I would advise anyone seeking tickets to look elsewhere unless like myself you want to find yourself £212.00 out of pocket.

UPDATE - Have now reported my case to Action Fraud on *******040 and they are keen to hear from anyone else who have been victims of this 'company'. They have also checked the address of Circle Tickets in London and found no business of that name registered there

UPDATE (10/7/15) - My bank have told me there was no way of recovering the money I spent using my debit card on this fraudulent transaction (possibly because the bank account to which it was made has been closed and all funds removed), but very kindly reimbursed me fully as a "gesture of goodwill" and added another £10 to cover the cost of my calls, so thank you very much to RBS for that. If nothing else my faith in the banks has been restored a little.

Also I've had two updates now from Action Fraud telling me that they are passing the case to the relevant department for investigation, so thanks to the many others I've read of online who've contacted Action Fraud it would seem they are now investigating. Let's hope we haven't heard the last of Mr Jorowar Singh (if that's their real name?) and he might yet be seen in handcuffs... I'm sure he'll look just great!

I was disappointed I was unable to make a purchase over the phone. I expect in this day and age to be able to complete this simple request over the telephone. I am not very good on a computer and it was a pain. I can commend the customer services for helping me through the stages to complete the order step by step online whilst on the phone, they was very patient with me thankfully. Good company but needs to address this issue as I am sure they are losing customers...

I have emailed twice now enquiring as to when my tickets will arrive as we are due to go to Wemberly on 4th July 2015. I am increasingly worried as the reviews online for Circle Tickets say it's a scam company and book tickets with them at your peril!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE FRAUD COSTING 100'S OF PEOPLE 100'S OF POUNDS. NO TICKETS WILL TURN UP AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE IT THE ONE STAR I HAVE BUT IT'S THE LOWEST YOU CAN GO

Waiting for our Madonna tickets for Tuesday, tried to phone there company but the number does not exist, just googled circle tickets and seen all these reviews, gutted that Iv paid £200 to these b**tards. Frawdsters

I was promised an email to track my tickets and they would arrive 2 weeks before the concert. I have not received any email or tickets. Now the internet is full of posts saying people have not received tickets, Circle Tickets no longer answer calls. Phone number and Business addresses in London and Glasgow are virtual offices (ie they don't physically exist). I have got my Credit Card company involve and all indications are that this is a fraudulent company. DO NOT USE

Besides the 2 virtual addresses on their website I also had to sign for a letter by registered post from them (months before the concert). It had a different address "15-16 Nassau Street, London, W1W 7AB". There does not appear to be a company at this address trading as Circle Tickets. I was excited to sign for the letter thinking it was my tickets. The contents were an undated letter from Senior Manager Howard Pritchard stating the time frame of delivering tickets (21 to 10 days before the concert) and a 10% voucher off further concert ticket purchases. Still can't understand why I had to sign for a letter that started "Dear Customer". The letter does state that my event had been successfully booked and payment confirmed, but not what my event was (a standard letter by registered post?). This is a very clever scam with tactics to avoid your suspicion as long as possible (until it is too late and you don't have tickets for a concert).

I also suspect the good reviews on this site are ficticious

Thank you circle tickets for the total disappointment for my daughter and her birthday tickets to see ed sheeran on the 11 th july. Never buy from these money grabbing scammers, lost £212 on tickets!

This company have scammed me out of nearly £300 for tickets to an event they do not have to sell, and are not answering the phone or their emails. Thier website is not loading and their facebook page has gone suspiciously quiet. I was reeled in by good reviews on line, and their entry at companies house, please, if you have been scammed by this company then log a report with the Police's Action Fraud Website, and SPEAK TO YOUR BANK. If you paid by credit card claim a refund under section 75. If you paid by debit card claim under the "Chargeback" scheme. There is no guarantee you will get your money back but it has to be worth a try.

1 day before concert and one direction tickets still haven't come my daughter suffers with adhd and asd and is devastated I have been ripped off for £150 but the worst of it is I was ripped off in June for the Cardiff one to for £160 from a different company I don't know how these vile people do it to children anybody for that matter phone line is dead and no reply to emails

My Ed Sheeran tickets arrived a little later than I expected but to be honest it was not Circle Tickets fault it was an issue with the delivery company. The customer service is very helpful especially when I got a little stressed out with this delay. Will use again!

I must say I was very impressed with using this company. I was a little cautious with booking my V Festival tickets this year but when the time came to receive my tickets I was keep fully informed by email and txt message to reassure my tickets where on the way. 5 stars on customer service!
