They didn't answer, a can't get my dress and refund because they don't have phone number. DONT BYE HERE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. Clothing is low quality, overpriced and awful customer service.

I placed an order in July 2020, was sent an email a few days later it was being cancelled by Cinderear/Buyoion due to lack of availability, which I was ok with because I had since changed my mind & was gonna cancel anyway.

3 weeks later they send me an email "saying the items were on their way" with a tracking number & no way to cancel. I was livid. They would not resend the order clearly by their mistake.

I get the order and there are 9 out of the 13 dresses I ordered, mind you my credit card was not refunded the difference for the 4 dresses I didn't get and most of the order was incorrect items.

It took a week of back & forth emails for them to agree to take the order back if I only I paid the $82 in shipping back to China, which I did.

Now they are telling me they will refund what is in the package (so I don't get the refund for the 4 dresses I didn't get)?

Today, they send me an email stating that they were still sending me the 4 missing dress?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I replied to cancel ASAP. I am still waiting to hear if they tell me it's too late again (even though I cancelled the complete order multiple times) & disputed this with my credit card company & cc'd them on all correspondence to see the madness with this brand.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
