Unlimited Photos For Life NOT unlimited

Back in 2014 I paid for the Unlimited Photos For Life plan.
$99 for life which included:
Unlimited traffic (photos only)
Unlimited storage (photos only)
Premium photos and slideshows skins
Remove the "Powered By Cincopa"

Team features
Analytics tools
Premium support 7x5, email only____________________________
I paid for this service, but now my account is locked and I am now unable to upload more photos and although my plan I paid for had unlimited storage, I am not being told that my storage limit is reached. I should be honoured what I paid for regardless of what policy changed. If I paid for a service I should be entitled to it.
