They insist you use PayPal friends saying its legit They take your $$ but never send anything They apologize & tell you to go to PayPal for a refund (impossible under friends & family feature) SCAM all the way! Even if you request a refund FROM them through PayPal, they ignore you. That IS the definition of a scam. Don't use them unless you want to lose your money, that is guaranteed!

Once a reliable company is now a scam operation. After they receive your payment a fake tracking number is posted. You receive runaround replies to your questions. They moved to Armenia from Georgia recently. Likely with new ownership.The solution is to start a PayPal case for a refund.As cigsweb is now a scam operation.
I actually ordered from them in 2020 and did get the product that I ordered, but I tried ordering again 2 months ago and still haven't received anything. I've been emailing them and messaging them on their site for 3 weeks and they've completely ignored me. They may have once been legit, but now it seems like they're just scamming people out of their money.

Made a purchase without reading reviews, they make you pay through PP Friends and Family so you cannot dispute the purchase. Mine was supposed to be sent to Canada, got sent to Florida in the USA with an incomplete address so got returned to sender! Straight up scam!
