From 3 Months 750 not paid to author and not refund money after seller accept problem. I had purchased an item for $100 but that was faulty seller accepted issues all thing cleared for refund seller also said to chupmobile to refund me but they did not refunded and ignored us. I earned about $650 3 months ago but they also did not paid yet when we create support tickets they dont replies. I strongly recommend to stay away from them Buying and Selling. Thank you

After buying a source code that was far older than stated, they continued to literally patronize me. Theyre customer service is one person, who refuses to offer any real help or refunds. They say they updated code, which they didnt. Made me waste even more time, only for them to tell me politely that I'm screwed. Now I have no product that i can work with, ive wasted two weeks in trying, and I'm insulted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. I dont care how good it may sound. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company first.

Site claims to have a "14-day satisfaction guarantee return policy". I purchased an app that costs $500 that was full of deprecated code that didn't work. After going back and forth with the developer to troubleshoot the app to no avail, I decided to get a refund. However, despite the return policy, I was declined a refund b/c customer service said that no one before me had the same issue?!? WTF? Avoid this scam site!

They have a 14 day Money back guarantee which they don't follow.
Purchased a source code and it doesn't work and full of bugs, Customer support is only one person who refuses to refund the purchase even though the app clearly doesn't work. They will let you run the 14 days and avoid talking so that the 14 days will be used up then they will not reply anymore. Clearly they are not reviewing their source codes.

Chupamobile is horrible. I have been trying to get help about a scammer on their site and they refuse to help me.

I previously bought an app and had been having problems with that app. I kept writing to the developer for months and did not receive a response. A few months later that same app reappeared on the site from a different developer. Out of curiosity, I commented on the new developer's page and asked him about the app and whether he could help me or not. He responded saying (his direct words) "This is my app and i sell it on another marketplaces. Where did you purchase it?" I told him I bought it from Chupamobile from another developer. This was his response: "This man was a scammer and sold my app for himself but chupa gave me his account and his earnings from it. That was more than one year." So I asked him if he would be able to help me with the app or should I buy it again? He never responded. It ahs been more than a month.

I contacted Chupamobile's "help". The chat on the lower right hand part of the screen? If that the "help" they were absolutely no help at all. I have been going back and forth with the person and she knows what happened but she is not giving me a concrete answer as to what she can do. So I went to the support page. No answer.

It is not my fault that there was a scammer selling apps and I happened to have bought that app from the scammer. I was the one scammed! The original developer said he got the money back from Chupa so why can't I get any help?

I give up. I just want help with a 30 dollar app. Don't waste your time or your money with this company, you will end up frustrated.

Dont buy app from chupamobile they are scammers and not give money of code sells earning. Please stay away to buy code from chupamobile.

I want to complaints but i dont have contact info to contact them.

They're just does not pays to authors. They said - "later"! Totally insolent scammer gang with website full of bugs made on knees. Avoid them!

The customer service sucks and the apps don't work! I even had the reskin service and they didn't even finish that service! The apps are so filled with bugs that the other company I hired can't fix them. Waste of time and money

The code i bought does not work. The promised refund never happened. Just got scammed for 121 $ - thanks for that!

They say that you will get a refund when the app is not working and you will get support but none of them they do! Don't buy apps form nipinvarma / nipinapps. His apps are old (2013) and no support. He tells that your buy is a scam so that they won't have to pay. It cost me 170 dollars and I don't have so much money but tried it. Now I regret it so much. Hopefully somebody will help this when your in doubt of buying from them. Refund is fake! Also Paypal won't help you. Now Chupamobile thinks that Paypal is rejecting that they don't need to pay but that's not true. Well I will sell my templates now to somebody else. They don't won't that but sue me if you want Chupa haha then you will finally answer my emails...!

My team and I worked on the app for about 5 days and communicated with the seller when we realized the app did not work as described.

We initiated a refund on January 30,2016. The seller refused the 14-day money back guarantee advertised.

After notifying PayPal and Capital One, both parties suggested we talk to seller and we did. (Please see Evidence 1-4). PayPal opened a claim, Capital One held my money from the seller, and sent a formal letter indicating the seller has to respond within a matter time, if not the case would close and the refund would withstand. However, on March 24,2016, I realized that Pay Pal closed the disputed case and sided with the seller without talking to me. I called PayPal 3 times and abruptly the phone disconnected as I held each time for a representative.

I adhered to the Chupamobile LTD refund policy, (Please see Evidence 1-4). I reacted professionally and reasonably. If Chupamobile LTD does not want to adhere to their refund policy of 14-day money back guarantee it should be removed from their site.

Your author was dishonest about the product and failed to disclose that the Parse Credentials used in the app would no longer work as of January 17,2017 because Facebook (the owner of the program is closing the business.) Chupamobile acted dishonest by not disclosing the actual location of the refund policy to the consumer. This violated the Unfair and Dishonest Act Law protecting consumers from dishonest merchants.

After reading 2 versions of the refund policies, I adhered to the Chupamobile LTD disclosed refund policy. I reacted professionally and reasonably.

How Chupamobile showed evidence of consumer unfairness and dishonesty.
1. Chupamobile had three different refund policies.
2. Chupamobile had three different locations of the refund policy. All three of the locations of the refund policies were not disclosed to the consumer.
3. The product did not load properly on the mobile devices used.
4. Chupamobile and the author did not disclose that the Parse Credential program included in the product would no longer be available starting January 2017. (See proof here: http://techcrunch.com/2016/01/28/facebook-shutters-its-parse-developer-platform/)

I would like a full refund of $363.80 from Chupamobile LTD.
