I like to order various holiday items for Christmas and other holidays. They have everything that you could possibly want for any holiday that you can imagine with wonderful prices, a fantastic selection and super fast shipping. As in the past, I always have a wonderful experience at Christmas Central. I don't know how they do it but they are wonderful every time with a huge selection of items that you can only get at Christmas Central.

I have only ever placed two orders (very recently) with Christmas Central. Both orders contained Christmas snow globes. Snow globes are FRAGILE. No where on the outside packaging was it stamped or marked FRAGILE. Both packages arrived separately. One package did have damage to a snow globe. Both boxes were bent and smooshed. Clearly, they had been tossed around. I am not sure if I will ever purchase from Christmas Central again.

Purchased the 7.5 foot Roosevelt Fir Christmas Tree, the initial package sent was a 2 foot tree. Called customer service, pretty much told me that was impossible. Had to send pictures and finally received a refund and sent the tree back. Reordered the tree a 2nd time on 10/5/22, this time received the correct tree. The weekend before Thanksgiving put the tree up and decorated. Came home from work to a tree that has fallen "glass everywhere" due to the stand breaking in the weld area. Called customer service, again they wanted pictures, sent them over as per request. Received an email back stating that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. This company is poorly operated and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I just need another stand that fits this tree. I went to a local Christmas store to purchase a stand, but it is too big for the base of the tree, now my tree is tied to the wall using a cording and screw. Arvin the employee at Christmas Central was of no help and no one can put you in touch with management.

Ordered Christmas ornaments on Dec 1,2020. It is Jan 21,2012, the order status shows that it hasn't even been dispatched, and I've had to file with my credit card in order to get a refund as I never got the items.

I've contact them three times over the course of a month about canceling my order and they keep giving the same excuse to wait a couple of days for the warehouse to get back to them.

The customer service is horrible and gives you the run around instead of returning the money.

Avoid at all costs. Fraud!

If you've ever decided to order two items, make sure you do not order on the same day. They will send you one item under one order. I am missing my second order of $200 and waiting three weeks already. Their Customer Service is terrible, good luck if you understand someone speaking from India.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered multiple different things from this store and half of them were either dirty, had their tags missing, or came in a damaged box. It seemed as if half of the things I ordered were used. I will never be ordering from them again. They also have horrible customer service. They do not help me when I contacted them about my damaged products, and their shipping takes forever.

Never write reviews but just spent an hour trying to return crappy, damaged items from poor packaging for a store credit... figured it was my bad didn't read the return policy which is you pay for shipping and take a 15% resocking fee or store credit. Couldn't get it. Its under review. Had to send mulitple pics. Beyond absud.

Buy from store, ie amazon or target that will return without giving up your first born

Wreaths came bent and not as described. Tried to contact customer service and they were rude and after sending pictures basically called me a liar and said that there was nothing they would do for this order. Products are crappy quality! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The gentleman that I spoke to regarding my first order was very helpful and understanding. There was damage to one of my snow globes during shipment He did credit my card for the one snow globe. However, he didn't seem too concerned that they packaging had not been marked FRAGILE.

Do not order anything from these people. I ordered a frog garden table set twice. The first set came completely broken. We returned them thinking that we just had a mishap with it and reordered a second set and they to came COMPLETELY BROKEN ALL 3 PIECES. THERE WAS NO PROPER PACKAGING FOR THESE AND THE BOX IT'S SELF LOOKED REALLY OLD AND THE BOXES INSIDE WERE NOT EVEN INTACT EITHER. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

I purchased merchandise from Christmas Central last December to put up for 2021 Christmas. One of my candy canes I paid $100 for, it's not even working and I haven't even used it one year yet. So be careful of what you purchase and make sure it works-during a long period of time to test it out. I plugged up it came on when I purchased it -so I put it up for 2021 Christmas and now it don't work. Very unsatisfied, because I feel like I just wasted and threw away money. They want even replace it. I was told 30 days, but I didn't need to put it up after the Christmas season.

We spent over $2,000.00 from Christmas Central on lighted trees and after we spent Hours to put them together, the lights didn't work. They replaced them and the replacement didn't work. The next year they said they didn't have any in stock, This year we asked for a refund. It was clear we were not going to get working lighted trees. After countless phone messages and e mails nothing satisfactory has been resolved. A manager sent one email with an offer to refund 20% of our refund for store credit. Store credit for more defective product? We have no working trees or no refund. Customers be aware…

I had never used this company before and was very hesitant about using them this time, however I needed some lights in bulk for a wedding venue. I was on a time line which is why I ordered them early. It seemed as though everything was going fine. The order was placed, it was shipped and I even got my tracking number that said the item had been delivered into my mailbox. Upon checking the mailbox there were no lights I then called the customer service line where they have no idea what happened and all they could do was offer me a refund or a replacement in which case I need these lights within a certain amount of time as mentioned before, to get ready to open the venue.The fastest shipping they could offer me was 3-5 business days which was not feasible so I took the refund instead. This will be the last time I ever order anything from them. Seems to me they could have done a better job of rectifying my problem by sending the item overnight at their expense. Very disappointed!

Should have read these reviews before I ordered from here. I ordered a Christmas tree and lights on October 17th. I received the lights within a few days but not the tree. I checked the tracking label for the tree and it said it was printed but not shipped. I called a week later and was told that they are "checking" with their warehouse. It is now 3 weeks later and after several phone calls and multiple emails I'm still getting the please wait 2 days while we check with the warehouse. They charged my card for the full amount; not just the lights. Guess I have to file a dispute for the charge.

Don't buy from them.

We have been in business since 2001 and ship 2 million packages a year as a family owned business. That said, I am very sorry you got the wrong order. This is not a typical experience. This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After asking Prior to ordering if an item would arrive on time the actual order wasn't even processed until 3 days later. I paid for overnight shipping and contacted the company 3 times before the item left their warehouse before they finally responded fully saying the item was in route and would take 7 days to arrive. Now they are expecting me to pay for the shipping costs for a product I have no use for and was ordered under the misguided assumption it would arrive when I actually needed it. Their customer service give you the run around and answers only with standardized form letters and pre-written answers. Do Not Order from them unless you are ready to be disappointed.

6 26" swags stuffed into a 19" box, twigs crumbles, bottom portion of swags were bent, necks were twisted/not flat. Not packaged in the correct shipping box to accommodate their length/disfigurement - I spent 163.06$ - spoke to the company & sent 20 pics, No full refund. Choices: self pay return label or they send me a label and IF they deem them disfigured I get a full refund

Placed 2 orders thru Walmart.com.
Received incorrect items. When I contacted to exchange I was charged for return shipping for THEIR ERROR!
This company is the absolute WORST!
DO NOT do business with them and warn everyone you can regarding their lack of business ethics and fairness to customers.
Also, filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau & was informed that complaints against this company are numerous!

I placed a order for 4 x 200mm christmas tree shatterproof balls with 15 matching 70mm shatterproof balls. The 2 of the shatterproof balls were damaged and holes in them and the other 2 were scratched really bad and not worth putting on a tree. The damage was not from shipping it was from packing items in a box that was too small.

Contacted their support and they said they would refund the damaged products because they could not replace the damaged product because out of stock.

I said I wanted to return the small balls since I no longer have any matching larger ones. I was told I had to pay for return shipping because it's buyers remorse. Even after I explained I am only returning because they can not replace the damaged product.

They just wanted to argue with me that I have to pay for shipping and would provide a label but would deduct from my refund.

On December 7th, I ordered a short string of 35 LED Xmas lights. (Living in rural Vermont, we have no local box stores) This was to complete a display I did for my home. It was $8.99 for the lights and a $5.00 ship charge. This I had no issue with.
From time to time I checked my order and it noted that it was "Waiting Fulfillment". I was cleaning my desk today December 28th and found my original correspondence and went to find it was still "Waiting Fulfillment"... So I contacted Christmas Central and requested the cancel the order since it was 3 Days after Christmas. First I used the chat with no success, so I called them on their 800 #, to which I reiterated that since I had yet received it they could not cancel since the order was in the warehouse. They then offered to give me an update... While waiting, I checked their on line catalog and it stated that they had 173 strings of these lights in stock... minutes later an e-mail was issued to me that they would be shipped today. I responded with a note of my issues and was told I could return them with an additional shipping charge. Never once did they admit that they lost the order. And to boot, this correspondence was "a form letter. Yea... I will just put these lights away for next year and buyer beware because if this is how they handle small purchases, what would have happened if I bought a Xmas tree and it arrived a week after Christmas. (note that we did 75% of our shopping this year and this was the only issue)

I bought 3 sets of frosted mini Brite Star designer series lights in 2018. In 2019 none of the strands had a full set of lights working. When I contacted Christmas Central they said they can't do anything about it except tell me to check the bulbs. I asked about the 2 year guarantee and they said that's just the manufacture warranty, In order t return the strands the warranty says they have to be faulty for 2 years before I can return them. What a waste of money.

Stay away, do not order anything from Christmas Central. I ordered a nativity set that should have been delivered a week ago, tracking number says returning to sender, no idea why and Customer service unwilling to do anything resolve. Send a few Emails to this company, received zero resolutions and very little communication from them, disputed the charge and bought something elsewhere. Many other options/companies to purchase Christmas decorations, stay away from this one.

They ran out of an item that I ordered. They told me that it had shipped out when I contacted them over 4 times to tell them that I didn't receive it. I finally spoke to a supervisor (after waiting 25 minutes) and he told me it had sold out and would I like a refund? Seriously? They are a bunch of idiots and I will never shop there again.

Awful company. Ordered christmas decoration from christmas central as a third party thru Wamart.ca, never got them, they would not answer my emails finally had the order cancelled thru Walmart.

No where in their order on line that requires anything bought before Christmas had to be returned before Christmas. Normal is 30 days! Biggest rip off of $202.00.

I'll never o business with them again and will encourage anyone else to not buy from them!
