My complaint is the same as Peters. Ordered May 9th and after 6 emails nothing but stall tactic emails. Cant provide tracking numbers or any updated information on order. Plenty of other places to order from like E-Bay and Wisesell and cheaper.

Update: There email address is now returning emails. Guess the Scam is complete.

I ordered a motorcycle radio from this place May 3,2019 and have been in contact with them since. I can't get a tracking number and all I ever hear from them is please be patient we are experiencing shipping delays.
They sent me a shipping number yet the shipping dept say no way bill by this number. I went directly to their site put in my order number and it says last updated May 14th and was never shipped. I sent them an email first of week told them I wanted either a valid shipping number or I was filing complaint with my credit card company which I did this morning considering they now won't answer me.
I have given them more than enough time and it just got ridiculous as I have sent them 5 or 6 emails asking about my order only to get same answers we are watching your order closely! (well you don't have to watch as it never moves lol) or we are experiencing shipping delays!( for a month?)
Not only that I urge people before buying to search item and do price checking compared to this company. I found the same radio same make and model in Ebay for $44 bucks compared to what I spent with them at a Whopping total of $131.82 US for the very same radio and found they don't have the items themself they order right from factory in China so as you can see if they EVER send the order it takes forever to get to Canada!
I buy a lot of things from the internet and don't usually complain but this company brought me to do this it is nothing but a scam website that charges 4 times what the item is worth and then never send item from my experience!
So be very vigilant if thinking of buying from them first do a price search I'm sure you will find the same thing much cheaper. I was going to just let it go where I had already paid for it and wanted it for the short riding season we get here but from the looks of it would never get here.
Hope this helps and saves someone the time and effort I spent dealing with this company as I think it's just a shell company that buys and sells things from various companies but never actually has the item themself but jacks up the price 3 or 4 times and then puts out advertisements like they are selling them then use your shipping info to have it sent from China or where ever the place selling your item is.

THE COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. I GOT $#*!ED FOR MY MONEY,
KEEPING GETTING EMAILS FROM JACKIE SAYING MANAGEMENT LOOKING INTO WHERE THE SPEAKER IS BUT NOTHING AFTER THAT.
