“Chipspal is a scam site based in China”

Chipspal is a scam site based in China. On February 1st I placed an order for chips for zynga on Chipspal's website www.chipspal.com and when I went to check out I figured I'd be using my credit card but I was directed to pay via Western Union instead. I completed the transaction and sent the sum for 1 billion chips plus paid a $14 fee to western to send the amount. This was 5 days ago and I have yet to receive my chips. The western union MTC number I gave to Chipspal shows as "picked up" meaning they got the money but they refuse to deliver my chips and banned me from their chat. I should have known better not to send cash via Western Union to China. Beware of these guys they take your cash with no intention of giving you chips. Chipspal hasn't responded to a single one of my emails.
