Chipotle never fails to satisfy my craving for delicious and customizable Mexican food. The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and I appreciate their commitment to sourcing ethically raised meats and organic produce. The ordering process is efficient, and the portion sizes are generous. While the prices are slightly higher than other fast-food options, the freshness and flavor make it worth it
Mom picking up food for my family and displeasure of standing in this filthy store who is standing around dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty counter, one man stood alone, never stopped working. His name is Michael if he's not the manager, he should be. Granite run store in media Pennsylvania.

I ordered something off Postmates and just needed to ask them a question but you are not allowed to talk to human being. All it does is continually loops you and doesn't allow you to talk to the store. Extremely poor customer service.
Had a law over in Baltimore after a long flight. Stopped at Chipotle for a bowl. When we asked about our $20.00 steak bowl and why it was so much the cashier had a terrible attitude explaining it to us. We didn't know that extra meat cost as much as a meal. We could of gone to a sit down wait on us place. It made me so mad! Then the steak was grisly. I guess this is why other Chipotle close.
Tip for consumers:
Don't get double meat
I think $3.00 for drinks sounds outrageous so I wouldn't eat there again unless they lower the price.
Chipotle uses to be flavorful, but over the past couple of years, they are changing how they season. Their white rice used to be full of salt, lime juice and cilantro, now it is just bland. It had added a lot of flavor before. I like the sofritas, but is also much more bland lately. I have been going to different Chipotle restaurants in the KC area to see if it might just be a few, but the change seems consistent. I used to eat at Chipotle a few times a month. Now I go about once every 4 months, and I don't think I will even go that frequently - it's very disappointing.
My husband and I went to Chipotle at the Aventura mall in Miami.we stand there for about 10 minutes no one was there. Than a young lady came to serve us with no smile, took our order, spoke very low Couldn't hardly hear her I had to say excuse me about 3 times. Then she pushes our bowls near the register. THEN Went to help another customer Meanwhile no one's at the register we waited again. We asked her is anyone on the register she said it's me WITH No I'm sorry please wait a few minutes will be right there none the above, we will never go there again. You guys need to start a training class before you put these young people behind the registers.
I went to the Rehoboth Delaware Chipolte for lunch yesterday (4/14/21) and had a bad experience.
I called later to complain to the manager Lawrence Bigford but he was not in so I left a message (with the acting manager) for him to call me. He did not return my call so I tried to contact corporate. Chipolte does not have toll free number for customer service. You can only leave a message on their web site. I did so yesterday leaving the details of my lunch experience. NO RESPONSE. Obviously they don't care.
After ordering online, I still had to wait 20 mintues for my meal when I went to pickup. I do not think after ordering online, I should've waited so long!
For years my husband and I have gladly chosen Chipotle as our lunch go to. Yesterday was a big disappointment. Food was ok, we had Chicken Burrito Bowl as usual. But I have never pulled so many hard pieces of food from my mouth.
My biggest problem was the cleanliness. Especially the women's restroom. I typically check the underside of toilet seat before using. I could not believe how nasty it was. Not going into detail. The sink and it's fixtures as well did not look to have been cleaned for some time. The drain was backing up as I rinsed my hands. Menu signs are coming lose at front counter.
This Chipotle is going downhill! So sad. It was always so clean and no complaints on food. Don't think we'll be going back for some time.
Had a veggie bowl quality was high as expected, but was disappointed the food was bailey room temperature!
I am writing this letter in regard to bring your attention to a serious issue I had with your establishment about a month ago. I ordered a chicken burrito, and halfway through my meal, I bit into what turned out to be a little clump of hair.
I am not the type of customer that wants to make a big deal over things that I understand can happen in the workplace, especially in the food industry, which I have been a part of for many years. I mentioned there was hair in my burrito and the workers offered to make me another one. I declined because at that point I was not really in the mood for a burrito anymore.
I can say that I am I particularly regular customer at your restaurant, and I have never had any problems with your food, other than this incident. While I am relatively certain that this was possibly a fluke, I am still concerned how this clump of hair got into one of the items I had asked to be put into my burrito. I am curious of how this could have happened.
I am also concerned with the lack of concern I received from the staff. I believe that just offering the same replacement menu item after something like this happens is not very acceptable. At that point, I would like to have been given a gift card or voucher so that the next time I came into our restaurant, I would have a free meal and better experience. Most customers, including myself are not interested in eating something that was just impaired.
I did not make any more fuss about the burrito, and just said that I did not want something else instead. I have other friends that are also regular customers at your establishment have the same issues every once in a while. I thought I would make it known that we enjoy your food, and would like to bring our business back, knowing that this issue will hopefully be addressed.
I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon. I would really appreciate some feedback on how to address situations like mine in the future to make customer experience better at your establishment! Please contact me at your earliest convenience at *******305 or email me at *******@gmail.com.
With Kind Regards,
Alecia Folino
Had and am still lovin' Chipotle! The food is awesome and their team is constantly keeping up to date with what works and what doesn't. The only issue I have with Chipotle is the occasional bad customer service. It's a hit or miss! Specifically, I'm talking about the Chipotle by Washington Ave SE I frequent in Minneapolis. I know they are college students but a little bit of smile and vibes of sincere happiness can go a long way.
Everything was going ok, until we spoke spanish! Obviously if you speak spanish they will serve you less and carelessly!. When we called the manager, they said that she was busy, the cashier offer to take care of our concern about the service. She replied that we do not serve bigger portions to anyone. We saw the people next to us with big bowl!. I never come back to Woodbridge. I rather the one in Tysons.
Home base for all things Chipotle. Which is not coincidentally also home for all things delicious.
