I bought two pink satin dressed with gold scalloped embroidered hem for my twins Miss Petunia show. The dresses were amazing. Prices were moderate, but no where near some the the stores we visited. Sonia's dress was brought in at the waist with a satin waist clip and Maddy's dress was perfect. Dresses were quality and matched the price. The pageant dresses do need more care and can be more delicate with all the lace and embroidery. Over all we were so happy with these dresses.

I ordered a dress oct 22nd fir a wedding in November said it was in stock and shipped same day today is Nov 10 I have emailed them 2 time both response was an automated response same bull$#*! both times buyer beware never order from this store. F

I ordered two dresses for my daughter's birthday - that was nearly 6 weeks ago. My credit card shows that payment was taken on the day of ordering, but so far... no dresses! I have tried contacting them but no respond. I would not recommend this business at all. Stay away.

I bought 2 silver flower girl dresses on 3/25/17. They arrived in 8 days. They were plus size items and listed as taking 2 weeks to arrive. So they came in 6 days earlier. This was the first plus for me because I had to have the size 18 taken in a little, and this gave me a bit more time to work with. The dresses were very good quality. They each cost me about $75 dollars so these were not really high priced items. The quality was very good fabric. The dresses had about 3 layers. This included the silver lace, a satin lining and a crinoline under slip that was built into the hem. The tags said they were made in America, and the sewing work was good. No weird lines of dangling threads. They were truly boutique quality, and similar to the garments that you would get at the Macy's formal wear department. This was a very good deal for 2 nice dresses for about 150 dollars.

I used this site to buy two dresses for my granddaughters. They came quickly and were very nice for the low price. There wasn't paper in the package, and I like to file all my receipts to keep my records. I just like the paper receipts better than the email kind, so that would have been better. The dresses were each wrapped in plastic and were made very well. I paid less than 50 dollars a piece for them so I felt like this was a big score. I will be ordering again because the girls look darling in them

They took payment... but I have not received my dress... or a single response to any of my multiple emails.

I ordered a dress for my kid's chamber music concert on 7/18/2015 with two day shipping (a week before the actual concert day on 7/25/2015) but I didn't get a tracking number until 7/21 so I contacted the customer service. They said they shipped a dress already and they would email me the tracking number right away but they didn't until 7/23 so I emailed them again but they didn't reply. I chatted with customer service again on 7/23 and they said they definitely sent the dress before 7/21 and promised to email me the tracking number that day but they didn't again. My daughter definitely needed a purple dress for the famous chamber music festival concert on 7/25 so I ordered another dress on 7/23 (@ 8pm) through Amazon prime one day shipping because I couldn't trust them anymore and luckily it was delivered next morning. I was so MAD(they almost ruined my kid's concert) and I wanted to get a refund on this so I emailed them. They didn't reply my email for 2-3 times and when I finally chatted again with them, they said they would fully refund it right away and finally, the status has been changed as "refund" on my order history.
But when I checked my bank account today (8/23/2015) and it hasn't been refunded yet and the customer service made excuses about my email account. OMG!
And one more thing! I've never got the dress I ordered until TODAY which means they never send it to me! This is definitely the WORST online store and customer service I've ever met!
Be careful of this site!

Update: I haven't gotten my refund until today (8/29/2015) and they even didn't reply me.

Items ordered from this website arrive packaged very well. The shipping is free even for priority mail.
