Poor quality material and it look nothing like the photos. Item has returned but the refund has not done, they even threatened me canceling the refund when I made a complaint, it over 3 months already. Beware!

Take ages to arrive but just part of my order. I was shocked to see this dresses - material is bad n stitches are worst. Asked for refund n cancel the rest of order. Now its almost 3 months but i still havent get my refund.
Received my white dress with a stain on it. Emailed customer service to have it exchanged and sent a picture of the stain. After several days of emails back and forth because they are in China and you get a response 24 hours later, they want me to pay $9 for shipping to exchange the dress. Will never order from them again.
DO NOT BUY! TOTAL SCAM! WORST possible quality from China. Terrible materials, terrible sewing (probably sewn by children, literally), nothing fits (could not even pull the bathing suit up past my legs), took a month to arrive, no customer service - TOTAL JOKE. SCAM! FRAUD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! LEARN FROM ME!
Chicnowa is a complete RIP OFF! They advertise heavily on Instagram and Facebook to get customers and then rip them off!
The products are made of material that is garbage, cheap, and poorly made. I went to return the items and it will cost $188 US dollars to ship back to Shanghai China. And before they offered an address to return the product they said I could just gift the clothes to a friend. Are you kidding me?!
Any legitimate business provides shipping labels with a standard return fee or even free returns for unwanted products. This is a complete SCAM!
Poor quality, unable to return. Contacted customer service and they said it cost too much to return and only offered coupon code to purchase more. Terrible do not purchase anything.
