I wouldnt even give them 1 star but this system forces me to do so. Ordered two dresses. One gives me a rash as soon as I touch it and its made of the cheapest material possible. It doesnt even look like the dress on their website and the other had pockets sown at the very bottom hem of the dress. How does that even happen?! I mean really! Cant return because he return shipping costs as much as I spent so I have to eat the cost. Removed every pic of theirs on my Pinterest page and am now painstakingly going through and posting warnings in every website I can find. Worst company EVER!

Recently I bought some clothing from chicnova and when I openen it, it was so pretty and suitable. When I wore them to my office, my colleague all said that I look more beautiful. Thanks to these clothing, I feel more confident. Really recommend you to buy in this online store

FRAUD! SCAM! TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY! These are the worst quality items attempting to rip off the pictures on the website. DO NOT BUY! Took a month to arrive, then the junk that finally got here from China were TERRIBLE quality. Looks literally like a child sewed them in the cheapest possible fabrics and do not fit AT ALL. The "customer service" is a total joke. FRAUD. SCAM. AVOID! DO NOT BUY!

As other reviewers stated, the quality of the products from Chicnowa is awful. The fabric was cheap polyester, although in the description it said cotton blend. Strings were hanging from one garment and the sewing was awful. My two items were completely unwearable. I emailed to company to initiate a return and they said I had to mail it back at my expense ($23). 3 months later, they claim they never received the return and will not refund me. Now I'm out even more money and don't have a product in hand at all! Terrible customer service, but you won't have to deal with that if you never order from them. Don't. The photos look pretty, but in person these garments are not worth even 1/2 the low prices they charge.

I ordered something on Nov 30 and it still hasn't arrived and the company is doing nothing to locate the item and is refusing to offer a refund. Wouldn't order from this company again.

I sure wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this horrible company based in China.

I placed order 2/4/2015 and after not receiving it, sent multiple emails with no response. Finally I contacted PayPal and guess what? An immediate response to be patient that item was on the way! I received it on 3/2/2015- 3days too late for the wedding I was attending. No matter though s the item is about 3 sizes too small for me.

I got an email that I am able to return at my own expense. Lesson learned!

They charged $20 for expedited shipping, then didn't get the item to us until almost 2 weeks later (and after the event), after assuring us it would be here in time. They refused to reimburse us for the shipping and blamed everyone but themselves for the failure. They are terrible, and I wouldn't do business with them ever again!

This website is TERRIBLE! Took a month for my clothes to come in. Trying to return my clothes has been such a headache. Nothing you order is accurate whats so ever!

This company is a scam! My so called dress I ordered fell apart in a matter of two hours while at work. The sleeve came completely off. I was so embarrassed. When going online to find return I had to find it by accident then only for it to say it had to be returned in 7 days and not smelling of perfume. What a joke! I would be returning it in shreds and decided it wouldn't be worth spending one more penny on it going to China! I am still waiting on the blouse.
They need to be shut down!

I, like any other avid online shopper, found myself extremely excited the day that my seemingly perfect sweater arrived in the mail. I ecstatically tore open the packaging, having no doubts about the quality due to the plethora of positive reviews, and held the cloth in my hands. I was appalled. As my gaze brushed the mesh-like low quality fabric of the renowned 'Ying Yang Printed Graphic Sweatshirt" a sense of melancholic disappointment washed over me in a wave of abhorrence. Firstly, there was a mass of unidentifiable specs that had the appearance of dirt, covering the graphic which was folded. It also had a repugnant scent to it that was reminiscent of my child's plastic fisher-price toys. My first two statements upon receiving my package, for which I was extremely excited mind you, were, "This needs an iron, and definitely a wash." I soon after weighed my options and considered giving it to my ferret for bedding, throwing it out, or going through the painstaking process of returning the item. I am not at all satisfied with this abomination of a product. Well what can I expect? I guess that's what you get for $13.50.

They are thieves. They sent me items I did not order. They told me to just pay for them and keep them. I refused. Finally, after two months of emails, they agreed to pay for return shipping. Two months after that, I am still waiting to receive my payment. They refuse to honor their debts. I am disgusted by their lack of business morals. I wouldn't let my worst enemy shop from this store. It's a disgrace.

I've shopped at Chicnova since 2012. It's a wonderful site. There are so many stylish items that I crave for. I can do nothing but save my money to purchase them.

All of the pictures used on the site are stolen from other websites. For the price I paid, I did not expect amazing items. But what I got was awful! Chicnova is all cheaply made knock-off items from China. They are of terrible, terrible quality. My item did not match the written description or the pictures. I can't even wear it, it's so awful. The bodysuit I received was baggy and the graphic print was so low I couldn't even wear low-rise pants or shorts without covering up half the design. On the site, the description said it had a thong cut in the back, but it was a diaper bottom. I've read in multiple reviews that returns are a nightmare so I didn't even bother trying. I'm $20 poorer and my bodysuit went straight in the garbage. It's a piece of crap. I thought about donating it but no one wants to wear that. I was very disappointed in the quality, but I figured $20 was not too bad of a price to pay so I would just get over it.
HOWEVER, it got worse. Shortly after purchasing from this site, my bank account was hacked. I had to close out my card and am waiting for a new one to come in the mail. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back. This is a big inconvenience, as I am a student and don't have a lot of extra money lying around.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! VERY UNRELIABLE.

Still waiting for an order I placed a month ago... when I tracked the order it was still in China! Some of these "good" reviews are clearly fake don't trust this company and I wouldn't recommend this website to my worse enemy. It seemed shady but I went against my better judgment now I'm stuck waiting. I spent over $100 and have nothing to show for it.

If you want to receive your merchandise two months later than expected or if you would like to receive the WORST shopping experience of your life... please shop at Chicnova! I'm very fortunate to have not even bothered with this unprofessional company. But unfortunately for my sister she got the short end of the stick and had to deal with them and their BS. Please allow my review to save you the large hassle of dealing with these people. I can 90% guarantee you that your experience will be bad. To be honest I believe that they have people from their own company writing fake reviews.

Do not order from this company! The dress I ordered was $85 and the hem wasn't even sewn - the material was just cut. Also the dress was made for a petite size and not made with standard measurements. It literrally did not even cover my butt. I tried to return the package through FedEx and Chic Nova would not comply and fill out the Power of Attorney form to accept my shipment. So now I've lost $65 for shipping and stuck with an awful dress. What a headache. I trusted ChicNova because I found them on ShopStyle. I'm so disappointed. From now on, I'm only shopping on reputable sites.

Fakey fake fake waste of money and 3 months of waiting for my goods. Too expensive to post back to china and too poor quality to give to the charity shop. They suggested my laptop screen resolution wasn't good and that why the goods didn't look as per their website. Purely comedy gold.

THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND THE CONSUMER SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING TO RETURN DEFECTIVE CLOTHING. THE COAT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS MADE BY A 10 YEAR OLD WHO NEVER LEARNED HOW TO SEW. THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL WAS LIKE FELT, NOT WOOL. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY DON'T INFORM YOU IN CLEAR TERMS ON THE SITE THAT THEY ARE FROM CHINA! SCAMMER COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
