Ordered a coat/jacket after seeing it on Facebook, when it arrived it is different to images advertised, coat very much sorter on me than the model and I'm average size in height so model must be very petite. The other issue is the hood does not stay up on its own, could do with tiers or a fastening to keep up and secure. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

Ordered 2 items, took approx 6 weeks to arrive. No communication at all I had to chase. They arrived one was ok a dress didn't fit. Problems trying to return they came back offering 50% off and I didn't need to return. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit. Despite me asking numerous times to return I just kept being offered a discount. Eventually they accepted but charged me £5 postage for a small parcel posted to an English address

Really disappointed, clothes not great quality, 1 dress arrived having not been sewed at seams. Delivery took nearly 1 month. Don't believe tracking information. When I contacted company they said it was in UK the problem. But it hadn't even got to UK. As soon as in UK royal mail tracking information correct and took 4 days to arrive at my address. The company kept fobbing me off and asking me to be patient. Sorry but a month for delivery when you need the items for your vacation is not acceptable

Very cute and sexy options, ordered many, very disappointed that they are not true Smalls. They are not even close to fitting. The sparkly chain set up looked fabulous on the page. Bra band was huge, rest was too small. I'm a 32C and the cups were for less than an A. Odd sizing but the sweater is great. The dress disappointed with it wide open to just above the navel. Not a sexy drape, looks like it's needs another piece or to be snapped or buttoned. I'll work on returning.

Ordered several items costing me over £100 back in early March and although I have a good response from my questions chasing my order it's still not here nearly 6 weeks later. I ordered the items for a holiday in May thinking I had plenty of time but we are getting closer and still no goods. Have given me a refund on two items now not available, I guess as it's been so long waiting for them and now want to offer me a discount on my next order, Haven't had this one yet! So that definitely won't be happening.

That is great, getting replies to my issues but still no order received!

Do not buy! I was partially refunded (as agreed with supplier so was thankful to them) but was left with a useless item. I couldn't even think of a project for my kids that I could perhaps recycle the fabric for. This is completely unwearable as the sequins catch on each other. I lasted 30 seconds in it before I had to take it off. Terrible, terrible fabric.

Received damaged item. Asked for a return. They wanted me to return it at my expense offered me 50% off which I refused to take. Item I received was not wearable. Customer service prolonged the responses for 6 days before they offered 80% off the item…. Good luck trying to return or exchange anything even if item they sent was damaged.

Tip for consumers:
They will not accept returns easily. Even if product was received damaged they give you a hard time about coming to a resolution about it if they offer anything at all.

Ordered several long sleeve shirts and sweaters only 1 fit the others were too large in the sleeve cuffs and to tight in the waist.
The return process is horrible they continually haggled trying to get me to keep over a 100$s worth of clothing I could not wear and offered me coupons off next order, then offered me 30% if my money to keep the non useful items and I'm still waiting and demanding an address to return items I received over a week ago that don't fit!
Won't order from here again!

I found that the sizing was off with this product. The bust portion of it isn't adjustable and made to be for ONLY large breasts. Anything shorter than that is not going to fit well into the dress without adjustments of your own. Shipping due to it coming from outside of the USA is quite long. It took almost 5 weeks to receive and I believe that is rather normal, but something everyone should take into account.

Nickel and dimes me for a week on offers to keep items I requested to return. Once returned, demanded the weight of package sent via USPS even after it was delivered. Still no refund and it's been over a week. I had to call PayPal and my credit card to get the ball moving. Unfortunately because I would have ordered more items in the future but I think this may be a sign to move on and purchase with other vendors. Return policy takes entirely tooo long.

It is nonexistent when it comes to returns. I don’t appreciate being offered 10% of what I paid and asked to keep items rather than issue my full refund. Not to mention, the weight of package once returned was a hassle. I’m still waiting on my refund of 52.20 even after the package was returned/ delivered/ unworn and weight was provided as requested. USPS confirmed the weight with receipt and I emailed a copy and still I’m waiting on my refund days later. The hrs of operation are illogical, no one is up between the hrs of 12 am and 4 am making it hard to actually speak to anyone let and alone have a correspondence. All corresponding emails were daily ( day to day). So unfortunate having to wait 24 hrs just to get a response.

I waited almost 2 weeks for a black two piece short set that I ordered. Nothing like the picture. I ordered extra large and the top was small so I can't fit it. I'm very upset because once again nothing like picture

This was my first time ever ordering from you guys, and I REALLY wanted this specific outfit. Bought it, paid the extra shipping to get here faster before my birthday came around. Was late- not too mention, anytime I got in contact with someone- "the tracking number is ————" Put the tracking number in for 4 days straight and nothing was available. Got the product AFTER my birthday, only for it to be super see through. Not a great first impression.

My last 2 orders have been messed up. The last one I was missing a dress and instead of the amount that I paid for it ($18.19) they have been trying to give me 10 percent off towards my next purchase or $5. Unacceptable. I am never purchasing from them again. Missing my wine dress.

I ordered February 27,2022 and I did not receive a email of my order. I can't contact customer splitter because it won't allow me to click on the contact icon. It said my order been shipped, then the next couple of days, it disappeared from the screen. I'm still trying to get in contact with their customer service people, but I'm not having any luck. I've never had this problem on any other sites. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I ordered 4 items, 2 of them were absolute low quality, would probably not survive a wash. The other 2 were okay, not great.
I requested a full refund for the 2 items, and I asked where to ship them back to ChicMe.
The reply offered a $5.00 account credit or a partial refund of $10.00. After a couple more emails going back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay for shipping.
It's just not worth the headache, the 4 items I ordered were really low quality, plus the headache they gave me to get a refund.
Don't waste your money on this company.

Like many online providers nowadays, they are very quick to sell you their products. Their website states that returns are easy and efficient when in reality THEY LIE!

I have tried to contact them to return one pair of trousers for a full refund (I bought 2 sizes to make comparisons, never meaning to keep both pairs) but despite having raised a return I have heard NOTHING.

And, surprise, surprise, there is NO telephone number enabling customers to actually speak to someone.

Buy at your own peril!

There is NO WAY of speaking to anyone in customer services as there is no telephone number. I completed an online return request but have had NO COMMUNICATION with regard to what the next step is.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I like the clothes and the quality is ok however delivery time is long and the sizing is a stab in the dark. The worst part for me is trying to send my returns. I have asked for a return address to confirm I am sending to the correct place and have heard not know g. Returns need to be made more obvious. After receiving only one email saying my order was confirmed it then only gave me the option to "track" my order. When doing so it came up with dates that shipping and delivering to my country's distributer should be done by, it had stayed on one date up until it arrived. While never actually giving me an estimated time of arrival. I then checked my couriers app with the order reference and there were no updates that had been sent to them either.

The site is very easy to navigate. My experience with shipping was horrible, my items came months after my trip. When I requested a refund, they wanted me to wait it out! As if I haven't already. The product arrived fairly quickly. However it had a dirty smell, was screwed up in the packaging, no tags, I'm convinced it had been worn. Threw the knickers away as the dirty smell put me off completely! Haven't tried the bustier yet as washed it but not impressed by the cheap quality. It's more hassle to send it back for the sake of £19 but wouldn't buy underwear from here again!

It's been 15 days since I bought 8 items from chicme, they sent me only one and they never ship the 7 others. I sent them emails, no answer and trying to chat with them, they just tell me that my items will be shipped tomorrow and nothing is ever done. I am just worried because for the past of 3 days when I give my name on the chat, I am automatically offline. I'm asking why they did not ship them all to me instead of sending only one?

Ordered 2 dresses from this company and was not impressed. The material felt like shower curtain. Cheap and crunchy. I decided to return the dresses and was told only 40% will refund to my account plus gad to pay $14.80 t ship the product back. I will not recommend to anyone to purchase from this company. The pics on their website don't mimic what you get. Very disappointed!
