I ordered a large size as your guide advised this would fit a size 12, it is too big, disappointing

It's just how I thought it would be. The fabric is nice.

Products are good, it just almost a month to get anything ordered. Better shipping times are really needed.

The boots are really cute. They are a little difficult to slide on. I'd get a half size bigger. One thing I didn't like is that they smelled like cigarette smoke. I did get many compliments evetywhere I went. They were fun to wear.

Didn't send me my order, waited six weeks for it, then when I emailed querying it they said out of stock, didn't tell me before hand like. Then I requested a refund and have been waiting over three weeks, emailed then chased this up to be dismissed that they have sent it, THEY HAVENT AND I AM STILL WAITING.

I love the clothes, but it took a while to Get them this time..

I've waited a month and it still hasn't arrived. Bought the dress to wear at Christmas! It's now Boxing Day…

Me gustaría saber cuando se hace el pedido, la fecha estimada (real) de entrega. El vestido que pedí, se ajusta perfectamente a lo que ofrecen, en mi caso, es tal cual se ve en las fotos y el video. Genial. Pero no me llegó para la fiesta esperada. Un plazo de entrega más corto o que avisen la fecha estimada de entrega, perfecto.
Todo lo demás, muy bien!

I never received item I purchased over 6 weeks ago. I contacted customer service to cancel and refund monies but they told me to wait longer.

Dress nice but too big.Chicme only refund 50% or charge to return, did everything to get my not to return but only refunded 50%. Poor service

November 17,2023 I ordered an outfit to wear for Christmas here. It is Christmas day and I still have not received my package or refund beings that I purchased it for Christmas and it's still not here. I would prefer a refund I can assure you that I will never order anything else from this company ever again.
