Dress was lovely once it came but took 4 weeks and after 2 weeks I had to chase up where my order was and was told out of stock and had to wait to restock took 4 weeks in totally apart from awful customer service dress is great

I was very unhappy due to the fact that the outfits I had chosen were pictured to have a bit of class. I was looking forward to receiving them.
Worst experience…not only do my pants, not jeans cause they are not denim, not worth the Canadian dollars I had to spend but they are not true to size!

The return process is $#*!ty! It took me almost a week to get the return address-and I had to complain to get it! I actually wanted to do an exchange, but after that experience nah it ain't worth it!
