Chicboho

I truly have to say thank you. As all things go in life you are always skeptical of products you purchase online. But Chicboho is excellent. Not only their products but their customer service. This counts a lot and I will continue to purchase from them with confidence. I purchase a silk scarf. Straw bag and both were of excellent quality and already have my wish list for more scarves and other items. Thank you... it was a pleasure! And I highly recommend them.

This company is a total scam! They said they shipped my package but it ended up in the wrong state. I asked to ship a second time and still went to the wrong state. When I asked for a refund they took forever to agree to it and then did not want to refund the shipping charges. Every email I got from them was like they had not read previous correspondence. Once they agreed to a refund they said they would refund my PayPal account. I did not pay with PayPal. The only way I got my money back was a dispute with the credit card company.
