If this had a 0 I would rate them as a zero. It's been 4 days since I've ordered my clothes and I still haven't received any updates on where my order is. Apparently you can track your order. I've waited for my notifications and still nothing. I emailed the site and they said my order is still processing. I really don't think it take more than a day or two to process an order.
So many other women on Instagram got the same experience worst yet never received their order. I wouldn't recommend on ordering from this site. Please research any site that your in familiar with before you order anything from them. Lesson learned. Sad to say I've learned the hard way and wasted money on this stupid site. Now how the heck am I supposed to get my money back?

Don't bother buying anything from this company unless you plan on waiting weeks for your order. I follow them on Instagram and they have so many unhappy customers that complain about having to wait over 5 weeks for an order. That's ridiculous. I ordered shoes from them 2 weeks ago and I still don't have them. From the reviews people leave on their Instagram I don't expect to get my order any time soon. People even complain about the tracking number and how its fake. If I could go back in time I would have never ordered anything from them. The worst part is that they constantly delete bad reviews and comments from their Instagram page so potential customers never see them. That's why people like me are going through this bs. They use the excuse that international shipping takes longer but I have ordered things from China and never had any problems with shipping time or tracking numbers. This is one pathetic, money hungry company. Its pretty much a drawn out scam. I already opened a dispute with PayPal. Please save your money and shop literally ANYWHERE else.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes in early August and didn't receive them until end of December. Every time I emailed about where my tracking info was and asking for a refund (6 weeks after ordering), they magically "shipped" my package that exact day so I was "unable to get a refund". I highly recommend paying an extra $5 somewhere else and not buying from here. Horrible service and truly the slowest shipping I have (and will ever) experience. Chellysun is a scam, and I will never buy something here again.

They quoted me 5-15 business days to receive my order, but it took over 2 months. I don't even want the shoes anymore.

Never received product. I received a confirmation from the company on 9/26 that my order shipped. According to the USPS my order has still not shipped as of 12/7. I believe this company is a scam as there are many similar negative feedback about not receiving product. Unfortunately, I am unable to give 0 stars. I also have noted that the only positive reviews are repeated reviews from different accounts. (example of positve review repeated multiple times by two different accounts. Word for word: "I fully recommend Chellysun for purchases, I bought several Times from them and I always end up definitely satisfied! Styles... more"). I suspect the multiple, identical positive reviews are false. I will remove or revise this review if I ever receive a refund or product. Scam. Do not buy anything from this company.

Literally experienced everything everyone said in the other reviews... it's a scam I'm reporting them

Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago. Haven't received it. I got an email a week and a half ago that it had been sent to the post office to ship. Still no item, still no further communication, but they sure did take my money. I will be calling the bank to dispute. Sure hope this keeps someone else from ordering from them.

Do not buy anything from Chellysun. My daughter ordered a dress in December, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a shocking and poor quality copy from some factory in China, nothing like the style on the website. We emailed straight away but surprise, surprise, no response. I contacted them via messenger and they said to return to some address in the US before they will give a refund. I am still in a battle with them to get my daughters money back. Never again

First time ordering from them and it took over a month to receive my order. I was originally given a tracking number that was invalid. Once I complained they gave me a new tracking number. They also overcharged my card from the original amount that I was given. Each complaint I made led to progress on my package. Defintely never ordering from them again!

You have 60 days to dispute a debit card purchase to your bank. This company is hoping they can give you the run around that "it's the busy season and your package must be delayed at the post office" until those 60 days are up. Take screen shots of other user stories, take screenshots of your purchase order and email conversations and go get your money back! Literally my blood is boiling with anger for this scam company.

Ordered over a month ago and customer service hasn't responded to my emails. Wouldn't waste my time ordering from here!

My wife ordered $50 in sweaters and no items recurved in the mail. Contacted website about shipping and before they even sent a confirmation email about it being "shipped" they replied saying it was shipped two day earlier then the email. Tried using the tracking number and same as all the other reviews the tracking number doesn't work. Chellysun response to that was that the post office is super busy and doesn't have time to update the tracking. Just keep getting the run around from them. DO NOT BUY! Read reviews before buying from any website!

This was one of the stupidest decision I have ever made. I spent over 100$ on this site, selected 3 day shipping, and 8 weeks later the tracking info still only says "shipping information received" so the post office hasn't even received the items yet even though I placed this order in SEPTEMBER and it is currently mid November. I am so so fed up with them and every response I get is "please be patient due to the busy season of shopping." Im no longer patient. I cannot believe they're getting away with this and I am IRATE. These items were ordered for a vacation that was a month ago now, never received one thing from Chellysun. Thanks. HAAAAAAAAATE

I ordered 4 items back in early October, received an email with a tracking number, but 3 weeks later, still no tracking info available. I received a response to my email a week later stating some BS about it being held up at the post office, but should be good now. Nope, still same crap.

I ordered a sweater and a shirt from chelly sun TWO MONTHS AGO. I just received it today, not at all what you see on the pictures. I could go on about how terrible they are, but seriously do not do it! Don't do it! By the way that is and extra large salmon color cardigan. I didn't realize I ordered and extra small orange sweater. Totally waste of money.

My item was to arrive in 5 to 15 days, its now been 6 weeks. First excuse was weather, second was customs... I still don't have my item:-(

They take your money and never send what you ordered. The photos on their site are stolen from other clothing companies and posted on this fake business' site for way less money in order to trick people into giving them their card information. Don't fall for this scam. Any positive reviews listed on here for this company are very similar wording leading me to believe they are fake as well. Don't let them have your personal information!

I ordered some sweaters and 2 pairs of shoes from there FALSE site back in the ending of September. This week I wrote to there email and got a response saying the post office was backed up due to the close holiday. Such BS I then sent them a email back explaining how they did not answer my email with information I requested. Theu sent a email of apology and said they will rush the post office. Another BS answer. I will be contacting the BBB and my bank. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE HORRIBLE FRAUD EVIL A**H***S

Absolutely horrible! Ordered shoes in november and have yet to receive them. Tracking numbers didn't work. First request and question of whereabouts if shipment yielded them actually shipping them. Second request got nothing but being told you can't have a refund since they're already shipped. They haven't left China. Do not ever buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED 3 SWEATERS FROM THEM 1 IS CLOSE TO THE PICTURE. THE OTHER 2 ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS PICTURED-MATERIAL, CUT, COLOR WAS ALL WAY OFF. NONE OF THE SWEATERS HAD TAGS OF ANY SORT AND THEY ALL SMELT LIKE THEY CAME OUT OF A MUSTY BASEMENT! I ALSO DEALT WITH ALL OF THE SHIPPING COMPLAINTS THAT OTHER POSTS MENTIONED. A JUNK COMPANY SELLING JUNK CLOTHES!

It's been a month In a half since I ordered! I finally emailed them asking what the hell was taking so long at a month bc the tracking number they give you is fake. They claim with the busy season it's taking longer than normal? Busy season, it's September/October! This place is horrible, DO NOT order from them! Now they won't cancel my order and refund me.

I ordered shoes from this group over a month ago and still NO SHIPMENT! When my son found out where I ordered, he researched and told me to forget about ever receiving them because it's a scam. He told me to change my banking info. Too. I am so angry at myself - it was definitely impulse buying on my part! I certainly learned my lesson. It just makes me so angry that they have been getting away with their scam for so long and not been shut down. I've been using my tracking number, and each time it tells me that it left Hong Kong a month ago! Guess I just wasted $72.00!

I finally received my order; however, the "oversized" cardigan, which i ordered in XXL for good measure, but it barely fits me! I am 5'10" and athletic build and i fit into a L, but ordered a XXL just in case! To top it off, one of the items i ordered (and the one i was most excited to receive) was not included in the package! I informed them of this and received a refund for that item within 2 days, so that is the only silver lining of this entire experience. Shopping on this site was really not worth the effort and stress that it caused me. I will never shop here again
