“I came across this site because I was looking for deal...”

I came across this site because I was looking for deal of the day sites. I found that it was pretty easy to get around either by store or by category. While I didnt find exactly what I wanted today, I would definitely visit again in the future.

Note: Although this review is to help spread word about this site for BzzAgent, the following is my genuine opinion. CheapToday.com
Do you like deals but don't have the time or motivation to find them yourself? Do you just wish that someone else would endure the hassle of discovering all the best sales for you? For free? CheapToday.com is your wish come true! CheapToday.com is a site that has the most recent deals and sales from a fairly vast and varied range of stores that should appeal to nearly every red-blooded, American female. From Sears to Saks, Nine West to Forever 21, Lands End to Limitless, Amazon to... well, you get the idea. The deals listed on CheapToday.com are sought out by Power Shoppers who are regular shopping folk. Who are compensated by CheapToday for their hunting of killer deals. Because Power Shoppers are out in the field actively seeking sales and deals, CheapToday is a wealth of information on the little known and unadvertised. I believe this is what makes CheapToday unique to others of its kind. CheapToday has 4 major categories of savings: Deals, Coupons, Gift Cards, & Freebies. Deals is the major feature of the site and it appears to be updated whenever the site is informed of a new deal (I'm assuming whenever a Power Shopper reports a new discovery). Deals are listed on the home page and you can subscribe to their daily e-mail deal alerts as well. I subscribe to many deal blog e-mails and while the majority list the same deals, there are numerous deals on CheapToday that are not listed elsewhere. Evidence of the true power of the Power Shopper, perhaps? Sales listed range from 30%-70% off with the norm being 50%. Not too shabby.
The coupon section is not tailored to the coupon cutting kind. You're not going to find anything resembling the inserts in your Sunday newspaper. The focus, I believe, is more on clothing, toys, and the like, which seems to fit w/ the overall purpose of the site, which isn't so much about grocery savings. The gift card section shows all the current gift card deals available. You can find some discounted gift cards and many free gift cards w/ purchase of merchandise or other gift card. I saw quite a few of which I was unaware, so it's worth a look. Finally, the section after my heart, the Freebies! There are tons of in-store freebies, most of them require a purchase. You're not going to find info on how to get the latest Dove samples, but there are tons of little-known store samples. If you like to shop at Sephora, for example, you can score a slew of free stuff!
If you are a major shopper, this site is for you. If you are buying lotsa Christmas gifts, this site is for you. If you have no idea what to get Aunt Zera, this site is chock full of gift ideas.
CheapToday.com is a great free resource for shoppers with every budget that significantly saves money, time, and, at this time of year, one's sanity.
Why not take a gander and save a little yourself?

The concept of this site is better than the site itself. It's unorganized, so I can't even speak on the variety of deals because it's hard to find the type of deal you might be looking for. It needs a rework in my opinion.
