Frontier is starting to look like Spirit where they start out pricing the ticket at a low price and then charge for everything under the sun. Then you end up paying the same average amount as the other listed ticket prices. It is a dubious plot to obtain a passenger's capital, so I will observe their services and see if it measures up to the other airlines that charge the same amount out right. If not, I will give a just review and expose it all on my social media platforms. Thank you,
The reservationist was awful and I ended up very unhappy. First being handicapped I told her I needed an aisle seat towards the front. Then I found out she gave me a seat totally in the back of the plane. I cannot walk that far and I paid extra for the seat, insurance and changing fees. I also requested a wheelchair when I arrive 3 times and didn't see it added to the itinerary. She was not easy to speak with. My trip is starting off on a bad foot.

A lot of choices and good price!
Good except for all the add-on fees. Confusing on baggage, which i presume is going to cost me more when I get to the airport and didn't know i had to pay for overhead storage these days... and hopefully all the air controllers will be working happily rested. The Types of upgrade insurance, what? In other words what exactly do i get for what I'm paying for? Exactly what is my price and fees insurance actually covering? People will pay for allowable changes to their ticketing. Standby is still a thing too, isn't it?

I don't like how you offer travel insurance which I sign up for in the event of a cancellation, then later offer another ad for "cancellation insurance" at an additional charge! C'mon! Clean up your act! By the way I did not purchase additional travel insurance, so in case we need to cancel I hope you will honor your part as in the past and offer us to rebook at a different date within 1 year.

The site was highly recommended by my niece, so far it has been more friendlier than Expedia, who jacked up the prices by $800. I was surprised, upset and highly disappointed about that part. I'm going home to see my brother in ICU who had a major cardiac arrest and I'm trying to save money. Jacking up the price is no joke. I'm venting because I feel powerless being so far away. But I thank your company making the experience easy and smooth.

However I could not book through the app because upon confirmation thr app shuts down making redo all the work again. I did it for about five time, but I gave and booked on a computer. And that cost me points lost which I hope I can redeem with a phone call.

It was good as it provided me with suitable information on flights. Only one complaint: the airport where I am leaving from in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, was not specified and that is so important for a passenger to know. Otherwise all good

I got good service from reps, but I had great trouble with getting the booking confirmation. I got several email with no text. Had to go to another account, which took forever. I normally search via sites as this & book directly with the airline that you showed with a cheaper rate, only this time the rate was better via cheapOair, seeing the returning carrier might differ.
