Don't buy ticket from them. U have been warned. They are scammers & fraud. I have been charged 3times unknowingly. Every time you confirm an email they will charge you.

Never buy an airline ticket with Cheapticketguru.com, they are a scammer and a fraud. The company is in Singapore and operated in Australia. I bought a ticket for $260 which included $14 dollar for insurance and a $9.00 fee for agent assistant. Two weeks ago I received an email stating my return time will be changing from 7pm to 4pm. I did not request this time change, I went along with the new time they offer me. Yesterday, May 31st, I received an email stating a have to pay $50 dollar for a new change form, a re-validate fee, or agency fee for offering me a new for my flight. I called Delta right away to explain my situation, and I was told there is no fee for time change if I did not request a change. I call back Cheap Guru agent and I explained what Delta agent told me. I somehow speak to the same person every time, I also told him there policy is deceiving and he basely put me back on hold. Do not use this company to purchase any airline tickets, they are scammers. I cancelled my debit bank card, and I be reporting this to the Consumer Bureau of Investigation.
